Come relax in this well-maintained, modern home-away-from-home. Enjoy free resort-style amenities such as an oceanside, on-site heated pool, dry sauna, and fitness room.
Enjoy an open floor plan with plenty of space and oceanviews from both bedrooms, the living room, dining area, and kitchen. Walk out on to the large private balcony from the master bedroom or living room to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets or the sound of the crashing waves. This recently renovated condo boasts carpet in the master bedroom and tile floors throughout the remainder of the home with lots of glass allowing natural light to brighten your living space. The main living/dining area adjoins the well-equipped kitchen with quartz countertops. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the unit. Park in the free, cool, underground parking garage.

Our condo was perfect in every way!

Our condo was absolutely beautiful, the beds were all super nice and the kitchen had all the basic amenities that we could possibly need! The view was incredible from the balcony and from the master bedroom.

Great location and stocked room

The balcony is huge. The owner had chairs & beach supplies available. The beds were comfy. The sofa bed was not as comfortable but we just slept on the sofa instead. The owner was very prompt in responding and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo

Michelle is a wonderful host! She responds in a timely manner! The condo is amazing and literally had everything we needed to our stay! She even has a sun canopy for the beach which was a lifesaver. The condo is clean and very well decorated! Beach access is so easy & the pool is very nice. It as great waking up every morning to an ocean veiw. I honestly can say that my family and I really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back.

A Hidden Gem in Daytona

From the moment we walked into the condo you immediately feel this sense of peace and relaxation. Given the reason we booked this location having that feeling was essential and honestly something you do not realize you really need until you experience the feeling and that’s what this condo gave to my wife and I. Especially my wife who needs comfort when staying away from home. My wife loved the small but important details she saw throughout the space. We enjoyed our time so much here and look forward to hopefully book this location again!!

Daytona Beach Shores Getaway

We stayed in the condo for 6 nights. We were here to attend the 24 Hrs of Rolex race at Daytona International Speedway. Communication with Michelle was excellent! The unit was clean and the kitchen was well appointed. Would stay here again.

Stayed three nights to attend the Daytona 500. Very enjoyable stay. The room was clean and stocked with all the necessary items. Michelle was wonderful to work with and made the check in process easy (re: door code & parking details). The location is only 15 minutes from the speedway. Highly recommended.

Convenient, Comfortable and Clean!

My husband and I enjoyed our week of the Daytona 500. It was great to have such a clean, comfortable, well supplied condo to come to after our adventures each day. The master bedroom has the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. Michelle's decorating is Over the Top. The location is convenient to all Daytona has to offer; Beach front is Heaven.

Wish I knew before.

I must admit that it was a little uneasy, seeing all these support beams all around this building. and then the next day to have all the insurance people and engineer people coming to the unit and the way they inspected it definitely made you feel that there was some type of structural issue. And for the owner to tell us the night before that she was just informed, didn’t really fly very well. I feel like we should have been notified prior to our arrival about these issues. I can honestly say I didn’t sleep one good night in that building. It was a lot of money to leave so disappointed.

Although I'm new to short-term rentals, I have been in the rental market for over 20 years. I fell in love with the Daytona Beach area as a little girl and that love has not gone away. I have raised four children, who have blessed me with nine grandchildren, who all love then beach as well. As I'm nearing retirement, I sold some of my other rental property to purchase my dream vacation property. I chose this property as my home away from home so that my family has an amazing place to visit.

This home has beautiful oceanviews from all of the main rooms in the home. When on the large, private balcony, you hear and see the waves crashing. In the morning, enjoy the sunrise from your private balcony or take a few steps to enjoy a walk along the beach as the sun breaks the horizon. At night, relax on your private balcony with your favorite meal or beverage while the sun sets behind the Halifax River.

Sandpoint Condominiums have a high percentage of owner-residents so the building is well-maintained, secure, and quiet compared to a hotel. The rooms are spacious and offer a lot of natural light. The balcony offers amazing views and is large enough to accommodate more people than other similar properties. This condo is well maintained and offers additional conveniences to make you feel at home.
