This nice villa is located in the community of Fairways Lake Estate (also known as Esprit) in Davenport, close to the intersection of the 27 & 192, 2 minutes away from the 24hr Walmart Super Center. Renovated, this home will meet every of your expectations. Services included; flat screen TV, wireless high speed Internet. This is my 2nd home, if this property interests you, you will be dealing directly with the owner (I do have a property management in Davenport, if anything happens during your stay), this is like a new property.
Walt Disney is 7 miles away (12-15 minutes drive).

Perfect family house

We used the house for a quick 4 day vacation. We traveled over to Kennedy Space Center for a day (about 90 minutes away)...another day we headed to Universal Studios (about 30 minutes away). The house was perfect! Easy to travel to all expressways...lots of stores, restaurants, grocery stores close by!

Cozy 3 bedroom home with a screened in pool and garage

Close to shopping, restaurants and Disney parks. I would stay here again if returning to Disney. All parks were with-in 20 minutes or 25 with heavy traffic. About 40 minutes from the airport. Very comfortable King bed in the master bedroom and large walk in closet. Due to our busy schedule at Disney we only had time to utilize the pool once, water was very clean and was not over chlorinated, wish we had more pool time

Richard, We were impressed with your lovely home. It was clean, bright and very comfortable and equiped with all of the amenities needed. Located in a quiet neighbourhood with a privacy fence surrounding the patio and pool. For the golfer(s) there is golf course nearby. Very close to the Orlando attractions, restaurants and shopping. Only an hours drive to Titusville to see a shuttle launch or to Tampa to see a NHL hockey game. Baseball spring training games nearby also. No problem recommending this property or its owner to others interested in staying here. He is very accommodating and easy to deal with. Thank you Richard, for allowing my family to be the first to stay in your new home.

My family and I enjoyed this property very much.

Close enough to all the parks but yet far enough away to enjoy some quiet time also. The pool was great and refreshing after hot days at Disney. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you might need for cooking, the only thing missing was a BBQ grill. The furniture in the living area needs replacing, both couch and love seat had very big tears in the seats, as well as the coffee table was coming apart a bit. It was cleaned well and had plenty of space. Make sure when you book this place you have your own pool towels and extra bath towels. We had six people in our group and only 4 bath towels. It's kinda hard to pack those in your suitcase though. Other than that our stay here was fabulous!!! Would stay again.

Enjoyed but could have been better

First I would like to thank the owner for allowing my family to stay in this rental. Arrived and house was not clean fans extemely caked up, air filter as well, sheets and comforters were dirty. I swepted and mopped once I saw the floors I reached out to the owner and he answer super fast and got the property manager to contact me. They sent someone over that same night and washed the sheets and comforters. The upsetting part is that we paid for the heated pool and the pool never heated up to the point where we could use it. Still waiting for the owner to respond back about reimbursement as we could not even use the pool during our stay which was a downer. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet.

Good location

The place was nice but need some fixings. The sliding glass door to the pool was really hard to open. The charcoal grill was falling apart, need to upgrade to a gas grill. The fridge was leaking water from inside to the bottom of the fridge. Some more minor stuff but overall we enjoyed the most was the pool. Restaurants close by and supermarkets. Great location!!

Affordable and nice place to stay for families

This location was affordable, nice, and spacious for our entire family. It was about 20 minutes away from all the Disney parks.

Very satisfied

Richard was very easy to deal with. We got in town a couple hours earlier than expected and he let us check in earlier. Property is in a quiet neighborhood which was a plus for us being able to relax. I'd stay tgere again in a heart beat. Thank you Richard

Family vacation

great location, very close to stores and parks. Owner was great at responding to messages quickly during our stay. Property management information was readily available as well. At the time of my visit there was no Roku, fire stick or other streaming device, so you may want to bring one with you. The owner did say he plans to upgrade that in the near future.

Good neighborhood,people were friendly and quiet.

This house is nice and located in a very nice location to getting around but needs a few thing Only one kitchen towel, no extra blankets, pans and skillets need to be thrown away, they are in BAD SHAPE , screen on back patio was badly torn. Bed was comfortable and clean. I would rent the house again it was a good vacation home.

Great value and perfect private pool!

We were very happy with this property. It was exactly as advertised. Tidy and simple home with a private screened in pool. The neighborhood was quiet and about a 25 minute drive to the Disney attractions. Our messages were answered very promptly and we really enjoyed our stay. We'd definitely stay again!
