Lake House Retreat

Bring Your Boat!! This unique direct lakefront home is perfect for the fishing, waterskiing, or jet skiing. Private boat ramp and covered boat slip with lift (size and weight restrictions). The lake cabin puts you literally on the water!! 30 minutes from Orlando attractions and just over an hour to Clearwater beaches.
The space
This is the place for you to take in all of Central Florida’s attractions and still be able to come back to the rustic feel of your very own lake cabin!!

Enjoy coffee on the deck in the morning or an evening cocktail to some amazing views.

If you want to bring your own boat, you can try fishing, waterskiing, or wakeboarding. If jet skiing is what you prefer, bring them also. This is a public lake so local and state laws do apply.

Enough parking for 2 cars and a boat trailer.

Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty at $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund.

Wonderful Stay

Picture are accurate, beds are comfortable. It has everything you need. Great communication with owner and easy. Definitely recommend this property for a fun getaway.

Road Trip

Very clean, love the electonic locks so you don't have to keep up with a key, wonderful view of the lake. Neighbors were a little noisy revving their cars at nightwhich is not the owners fault, but otherwise a great place

Peaceful Serenity

This was a great location for our family. The house was very clean, instructions were clear, and everything that one (or a family) would need was provided, including a first-aid kit, which we needed. It's a very peaceful place right on Lake Agnes. The TV even had a feature that would notify you when the laundry was complete. Highly, highly recommend Polk City BBQ which was about a 4 minute walk right around the corner. Only issue here is we wish we could have had more success fishing but the kids still loved it! Great place!

Relaxing lakeside cottage

We loved the quiet, relaxing ambiance of this lakefront cottage with serene views and all the amenities needed for our stay. It was a short commute to the Lakeland Sun n Fun air show and we enjoyed that event as well as our comfy rental at the end of the day. Our favorite part was breakfast on the screened in porch overlooking the lake. Delightful.

Amazing best kept secret

Wow wow. We loved it here. So peaceful. House was cozy had everything you needed from coffee to shampoo water bottles etc. owners son was amazing. So kind. We’ll definitely be back. Also be sure you check out Polk city, barbecue and purple people feeder. Amazing food places!!

Comfortable, peaceful, very clean home

This lovely cabin on a beautiful lake was perfect for our family. It was great to be able to wake up and sit on the deck by the lake and see otters at play and enjoy the peaceful setting. The home was very clean and comfortable and the owner was very easy to communicate with. There was even a special, personalized welcome waiting for us when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Enjoyed our stay

This was our second time staying at this property and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is very relaxing. The small town is nice for walking. Convenient to shops in Lakeland.

Great Find!

Communication was impressive, house was super clean and we had a blast fishing from the dock. Polk City BBQ(short walk) was fantastic. Will definitely be back.

April Stay

We came to Sun N Fun airshow and this property was perfect in location. Market just before getting to lake house has everything you need. Screened in porch's were so nice. House older but clean & has everything you need. It has a charm of its own. We will stay here again. Just need a boat.

Beautiful location and wonderful stay at this property

When we arrived, we were immediately so happy with this property. The location was perfect for our family. We brought our fishing gear and caught some nice fish right from the dock. The dock system allows great access to both sides of the water which extends over Lake Agnes. There is a screened in upper and lower deck. The house is spacious and was well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Adam was very responsive to our questions. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets as the house faces primarily southerly. We had a GREAT lightning show on our last evening and enjoyed watching the birds flying and landing nearby. Thank you Adam! Kevin & Sandy

Great place for retreat in quiet area near Baseball Spring Training.

Particularly enjoyed screened in porch and view of the lake. If you dont want to vacation in heavily occupied area this is the one for you.

Wonderful relaxing setting!!

Enjoyed relaxing on the covered screened deck. Right on the lake. Kitchen and entire house was well stocked. The host was responsive and helpful. Only thing I would change is new carpet and add a second exit as a safety measure.

Adam’s house is older but very clean and comfortable ! The 2 screened in porches overlooking the lake were awesome! It was nice being able to leave our boat in the water and have it covered.

Beautiful lakefront getaway

This home is absolutely amazing! My family and I spent Christmas there and it was awesome. Waking up in the morning, walking out on the porch that overlooks the lake was breath taking. We will for sure be back.

Beautiful Lake Cottage

House was very clean and very comfortable. Kitchen was well appointed. Nice surprise to have some coffee and snacks available upon arrival. Adam was very pleasant and communicative. The back deck views were just gorgeous and we enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets immensely. Overall a great stay.
