Less than 10 minutes walking distance away from Downtown Rochester, And Mayo Clinic facilities. Relax on the front porch while looking at Goose Egg park or go to the fenced in back yard to enjoy the deck and fire pit. Parking out front on street and 2 spaces out back by the garage. Full kitchen and laundry located down stairs.

This was a perfect, pet-friendly home to stay at that was close for appointments at Mayo Clinic. Denis was easy to communicate with.

Great location if you are in town for Mayo Clinic appointments. It was just the right size for me, my husband and our dogs. Backyard was spacious and fully fenced. I used the deck a couple of times while working remotely. The dogs liked the screened in front porch and the park that is right across the street. The beds were comfy, although we wish there was a king size bed or at least another queen. Space is a little tight, so I understand. Also would have preferred to have a dishwasher to ensure that all dishes could be sanitized with hot water. Host was very accommodating when we had to extend our stay by a an extra day. Very responsive and friendly.

Cute little rental, nicely decorated, very clean. The rental was stocked with the essentials which was nice. It was located in the city but very quiet neighborhood. During our stay it was in the 90’s so the nice air conditioning was appreciated. Went to use the grill on the last day but there was no gas just two empty propane tanks. Owners were very pleasant and very quick to respond during reservation.

Great stay, would recommend

We stayed at the house for a week and had our dogs along.The house was clean, well stocked, and the host was helpful and prompt in communicating. The deck and fenced in yard was nice. There was a grill that we used, and it worked well. The neighborhood is quiet, and there is a park located right across the road. There were sidewalks for walking and house is in a convenient location. Close to downtown, grocery stores, gas stations, etc.We would stay again if needed a place in Rochester.

Early Easter

Quick visit to Rochester to celebrate Easter with our grandkids. Had a nice Easter egg hunt in the backyard and enjoyed the park across the road.

Great location, responsive owner

We were visiting Mayo Clinic & Hospital and traveling with our dog. This home was comfortable, perfectly located for our appointments, and the fenced in yard with a park across the street was what we needed for our canine companion. The owner was responsive to our questions and kindly allowed us extra days when we had to stay longer than planned. I would recommend this VRBO without hesitation.

Exactly what was needed.

I needed to be at Mayo for a few days for a medical procedure and this was exactly what we were looking for. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy but not unsafe. The fenced in backyard was the key reason for booking this location. Plenty of space for our beagle to sniff around and fence was secure enough to keep him from escaping. Place was clean and comfortable. Could use a couple of lamps for better lighting. Overall, great stay.

House rental

Denis was extremely accommodating to our needs & let us check into the house a day earlier than scheduled! The house was very clean & there was plenty of coffee available! We had our pup, Loki, so having the fenced backyard & a covered patio was a plus! Across the street is a playground & two tennis courts & grocery stores are nearby! If our daughter was not moving we’d stay there again!

Arrived late left early

Not what I thought it would be from the pictures. The bedroom was in the front of the house and the bathroom in the back off the kitchen. Very inconvenient in a strange place. Had problems with the door code to get in. The off street parking seemed unsafe with broken glass near the garage and very dark. The host was responsive and nice. The house was clean but not comfortable.

Great recovery accommodations

Stayed here 3 nights, following MAYO visit. Comfortable living room, kitchen, bed and bath all on main floor. We enjoyed watching our dog play with the bunnies from the enclosed deck.

Clean and cozy, great location

Home was perfect for my daughter and I for a swim meet in town. Very clean and cozy and great amenities, owner was very responsive and great to work with. We will stay here again next time we are in town!

Great stay for Mayo Clinic appointment

Cute warm, relaxed home for home for our stay at the Mayo Clinic. We arrived from a 5 hour drive half of which was a snowstorm, and checking in was a breeze with the number pad. The home was warm and we had all the supplies we needed- Keurig coffee, creamers and bottle water. Fantastic back yard for our dog to stretch his legs, I can't imagine now nice this would be in the summer! Great communication and easy to understand instructions! Hope to be back again!

Great VRBO near Mayo Clinic

This house was great. Owner provided everything we needed including water, snacks, coffee, and creamer. Cute two bedroom in a quiet neighbor just minutes from Mayo Clinic and near businesses. If you’re going to Rochester, this house is the best deal. Next time we have to go to Mayo, we will rent this house again. Thanks for a great experience.

Everything we needed

Just completed 4 night stay. This property had everything we needed. Owner was very prompt with everything we needed. Internet was excellent, and the covered deck was great for morning coffee and evening relaxation. Owner had everything very well stocked, snacks, bottled water, coffee, towels, wash cloths. Will definately stay again if we return to Rochester.
