Situado en el prestigioso Rancho Mirage, este condominio muy bien decorado es un concepto abierto de planta de una sola planta rara, con techos abovedados. La cocina completamente remodelada cuenta con gabinetes de arce en tonos de nuez moscada con puertas / cajones de cierre suave, encimeras Carrera y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. La actualización de la cocina se complementa con azulejos de porcelana de travertino, alfombras de lujo en cada una de las 2 habitaciones, 3 televisores de alta definición con pantalla plana, incluido un televisor de 40 pulgadas en la sala de estar.

Este condominio se encuentra a poca distancia de "The River" distrito de entretenimiento. Disfrutar de una de las tres piscinas y spas de la comunidad; el ser piscina más cercana pasos del patio privado.

Disfrutar de un sueño celestial en nuestros colchones pillow-top de lujo queen con sábanas de satén de 400 hilos. Spring 2021

Nicely updated kitchen and both bathrooms, all new appliances. Large master bedroom with good size closet for longer-term visit. Small, quiet, centrally located gated community with pools. The patio is somewhat small, and has high walls, so was a little dark.

Great condo and location

A great condo! The condo is clean, spacious and in a great location, just across from the River. There is a well stocked kitchen and all the amenities you need to make yourself at home. We stayed for the month and it felt just like home. Catherine and Adam are wonderful hosts and very responsive. Any question we had was answered immediately and they did all they could to make sure we had a nice time.

Rancho Mirage Getaway.

Spotless, updated and in an excellent location, this Rancho Mirage home had all the amenities and comforts of home. Pool time was awesome, walking to the River area for dinner was easy and quick. The owners were always available and communicated immediately when needed. Great stay.

Hideaway with style

Beautiful nice size unit that is close to everything , this condo has everything you need to feel at home. Tucked in the back of the complex so it was very quiet, 3 pools to choose from ( 2 of which has a hot tub) perfect way to end an evening. Newly remodeled bathrooms, great kitchen with full array of cookware/utensils to prepare your meals as well as a bbq. Both bedrooms have TVs as well as comfort and a large walk in closet. Walking distance to several nice restaurants as well as a beautiful park. The owners have made sure that no stone was left unturned with providing everything you need when staying here as well as being accessible if needed. We will definitely be back!

Excellent Condo

We loved our stay in this condo. The home was amazing. The bathrooms are pristine and the rest of the house is just as nice. It is well equipped, comfortable and well decorated. The location is perfect and so is the pool. We especially like the residents and guests that live here. Such a enjoyable community.

A beautiful place in a wonderful location!

We spent 2 months at this condo & very much enjoyed it. The location is great. It is literally steps from the pool/hot tub. Plenty of closet space! It was nice to have a formal dining area, a kitchen table for 4 and bar area. The kitchen remodel is wonderful, plenty of counter space and lots of storage. The fruit trees were bearing lemons and grapefruits, which we had a chance to sample as well! Additionally, the condo itself feels bigger than 1300 sq. ft., perfect for relaxing and enjoying the space. Handy to shopping/grocery stores/restaurants. The ‘River’ is right across the street and we could walk there easily. We enjoyed going down there for 'happy hour' at the Fox & Fiddle. There were lots of golf courses in close proximity to choose from. We found the neighbours very friendly which gives you a feeling of being home. We would highly recommend this property to friends.

Winter Home Away 2016

There is so much we loved about this condo. We are a retired, active couple. We booked our stay for four months and enjoyed every moment. The condo was spotless and well appointed. I cook everyday and the kitchen had lovely dishes and glassware, sharp knives and every appliance necessary. We loved the comfortable beds, spacious interior and stylish decorating touches. We really felt like we were at home. We used heat and air conditioning during our stay and the condo performed perfectly. The location is within walking distance of great restaurants, a movie theater. We rode our bikes to the weekend street fairs, farmers markets and a large community park that has a gym and huge aquatic faculty. You can get ANYWHERE in the valley in 20 minutes. The condo's pools are clean and we loved the hot tub near the condo. It's a very quiet unit, plenty of light and we never heard a peep from our neighbors. Finally, the condo community is full of really nice residents. No question! We would love to return! The owners were so pleasant!

Really nice property. 20 minutes from everywhere in the desert. Walk to the River for take-out or sit down dining. Owners have put a lot of effort into aesthetics and provisions. We stayed for 2 months - nice quality cookwear, utensils, etc. Didn't have to "want" for anything. Beds are great, linens are great quality, televisions are super...everything was comfortable and felt like "home." Most important, the owners seem to want to make this a good experience...no short-cuts.

We rented this condo for my sister's wedding and what an AMAZING experience!!! The condo was perfect! The great location made it easy for me to help with my sister's wedding preparations. We are a young family so it was also important for us to have amenities for my young daughter. The owners were very responsive when we had issues with the thermostat. A service man was over the next day to replace it. They made everything easy and comfortable for us. The wedding went off without a hitch. Thank you for everything!

Loved It!

My husband and I had the most amazing time at this beautiful condo. Everything from the decor to the amenities and the setting were top notch. We have rented several condos in the past and none of them have been this maintained. There was nothing more we could have asked for. The location was perfect being so close to many golf courses, restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. This vacation rental felt like home and made it so hard to leave. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for sharing your gorgeous condo with us!

Excellent Experience!

My wife and I stayed here for a month and absolutely loved it. This condo is wonderfully updated, and very modern. All the luxuries of home! We enjoy dinning out and had plenty of options within a short walk to 'The River'. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Wonderful place to stay!

My family and I stayed here for a month in the summer, and with the exception of having directions to the complex but not the condo itself, everything was perfect. The place is extremely clean and inviting, the kitchen is great for cooking, and the beds were sooo comfortable. The community is very quiet and the kids really enjoyed pretty much having the pool to themselves. The low price didn't hurt either!

A gem in desert

My husband and I stayed in this property for a few days in March. We can't say enough about this Condo. It was spacious, beautifully and professionally appointed, a home away from home. The beds were the most comfortable we slept on, they truly were heavenly! Everything you need is provided for. The condo is literally across the street from "The River" where we found a number of quality restaurants for breakfast and dinner. We highly recommend this condo to anyone who is planning a visit to Rancho Mirage! It is very central and we'll definitely be going back!

We first vacationed in Rancho Mirage a few years ago and just fell in love with the area. We really enjoyed the warm weather, attractions for all ages, good restaurants and the beautiful surroundings. We have continued to come back year after year and finally decided to buy a place of our own and share it with others who will no doubt enjoy the same experience we have!
