We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, owners were in constant communication. It was nice to be able to bring our for babies. Made for a nice place to relax after being at Mayo Clinic all day.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this cozy, 2 bedroom rental. It was easy to find and the lights above the front door allowed us to find it easily at night. The location is the best as it was 10-20 min close to everything we had planned for from a business meeting, fast food, restaurants, the beach and more. Its pet friendliness was appreciated. The backyard is great for any size dog. I got to sit outside in the back patio briefly and was very nice. I highly recommend this location. Its a quiet neighborhood and neighbors don't bother at all. Thank you to our hosts as questions were quickly responded to.

Yes the host was welcoming. The integretary of the house is questionable. The 2 doors leading out to the back yard do not have adequate locks, The floor boards could use a fresh coat of paint. Baking sheets were very stained. the outside of the house is in need of fresh paint as well. This house looks much better in pictures than in person, The pictures must be from when the house was first fixed up.

Awful experience. 2 hours before check in was told house had been damaged by previous renters and I could not come. I am traveling across country and rely heavily on VRBO. Was let down immensely. Still have not received a refund

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood that had literally everything one could need for a stay while traveling. Very clean and comfy, exactly like a home away from home. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with everything one needs to prepare any kind of meal. The host was particularly responsive in a matter of only minutes and was very understanding and cooperative about the need to extend my stay due to a medical situation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish I could've stayed longer. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

This house

My oldest son and his wife and 15 month old baby girl stayed while visiting from Tennessee. They really enjoyed the house and the quiet neighborhood. I could not have had a better location, they were only 10 minutes away from where I live. So all in all it was a great place with the sweetest host and the best location that I could ask for.

Great space, location, and price.

Loved the place! Lot is fantastic. Only feedback would be i would add grip stickers to bottom of the tub. It was vert slippery when showering. We will try to rent every time we visit my son.

Perfect for our family!

We needed a place to stay with our pets in between selling our house and moving overseas and this cottage fit the bill perfectly! Both beds were very comfortable. Hot water and water pressure was great! Well stocked kitchen abd big pantry. Ac worked great and having the washer and dryer was fantastic. It really felt homey. The neighbors were great and very quiet in the evenings. The location is excellent sandwiched in between 2 major boulevards with every kind of cuisine and local food shop. We were spoilt for choice! We would definitely stay again if back in Jacksonville!

Sabrina and her family are truly wonderful people. They were respectful, responsible, and followed all the rules, they even went the extra mile by printing the rules and posting them by the door, which really surprised and impressed me. On top of that, they left behind some beautiful furniture for us, such a kind and generous gesture. It was a pleasure hosting them, and I would absolutely welcome them back anytime!

The property was just as listed. Nothing fancy but it was more than adequate. Very dog friendly with a large fenced yard. The host was easy to communicate with. Had zero issues.

Faith's Bday 2025!

Communication and the check in process was seamless. Location is convenient to highways, food and a lot more. Price was very reasonable for the rental. From the outside it looks questionable but once inside is extremely roomy. Nice accomodations. TV has Hulu and other streaming services. Huge fenced in lot for the doggies. We have a 90lb Pitt and she loved to run. We will be back for sure. Gets a little chilly at night so bring a extra blanket. Till next time Jacksonville...

Did allow early check in to allow us to change for graduation The bathroom and bedrooms was clean(just sanitize which is normal wherever I stay)which made it easy to use The yard was not cut so could not enjoy the yard I know it is Florida but lizards was everywhere on the porch For the price it was good

Price worthy

We had a great time.Had an issue with the washing machine and it was replaced the same day.I wish there was another chair or couch in tv room.There wasn’t a large selection of pots and pans, I ran to the dollar store and grabbed a few items that I would “assume” it would have but as I said, foe the price we were overall happy.
