The 🏡 is located in the center of the city and minutes away from Walmart, town center(shopping mall), UNF, and Jax beach. it is on a 0.45 acre lot with a beautiful view of fields. A fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, high speed internet, 45inch smart TV, washer/dryer, and private back deck!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was very clean, owners were in constant communication. It was nice to be able to bring our for babies. Made for a nice place to relax after being at Mayo Clinic all day.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood that had literally everything one could need for a stay while traveling. Very clean and comfy, exactly like a home away from home. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with everything one needs to prepare any kind of meal. The host was particularly responsive in a matter of only minutes and was very understanding and cooperative about the need to extend my stay due to a medical situation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wish I could've stayed longer. I'd go back in a heartbeat.

My 3 friends and I stayed in your home for 1 night, your home was great loved the inside it was very cute, but the 2 doors in the laundry room don’t lock which was a little concerning, and the coffee pot didn’t work

This house

My oldest son and his wife and 15 month old baby girl stayed while visiting from Tennessee. They really enjoyed the house and the quiet neighborhood. I could not have had a better location, they were only 10 minutes away from where I live. So all in all it was a great place with the sweetest host and the best location that I could ask for.

Perfect for our family!

We needed a place to stay with our pets in between selling our house and moving overseas and this cottage fit the bill perfectly! Both beds were very comfortable. Hot water and water pressure was great! Well stocked kitchen abd big pantry. Ac worked great and having the washer and dryer was fantastic. It really felt homey. The neighbors were great and very quiet in the evenings. The location is excellent sandwiched in between 2 major boulevards with every kind of cuisine and local food shop. We were spoilt for choice! We would definitely stay again if back in Jacksonville!

Very dog friendly

The property was just as listed. Nothing fancy but it was more than adequate. Very dog friendly with a large fenced yard. The host was easy to communicate with. Had zero issues.

Great space, location, and price.

Loved the place! Lot is fantastic. Only feedback would be i would add grip stickers to bottom of the tub. It was vert slippery when showering. We will try to rent every time we visit my son.

Faith's Bday 2025!

Communication and the check in process was seamless. Location is convenient to highways, food and a lot more. Price was very reasonable for the rental. From the outside it looks questionable but once inside is extremely roomy. Nice accomodations. TV has Hulu and other streaming services. Huge fenced in lot for the doggies. We have a 90lb Pitt and she loved to run. We will be back for sure. Gets a little chilly at night so bring a extra blanket. Till next time Jacksonville...

Price worthy

We had a great time.Had an issue with the washing machine and it was replaced the same day.I wish there was another chair or couch in tv room.There wasn’t a large selection of pots and pans, I ran to the dollar store and grabbed a few items that I would “assume” it would have but as I said, foe the price we were overall happy.

Did allow early check in to allow us to change for graduation The bathroom and bedrooms was clean(just sanitize which is normal wherever I stay)which made it easy to use The yard was not cut so could not enjoy the yard I know it is Florida but lizards was everywhere on the porch For the price it was good

Very Clean and Quiet

We stayed at the home for 3 weeks while visiting Mayo Clinic. The home is vintage with a very large fenced yard. Perfect for kids and dogs to run in. It's close to everything and the neighborhood was so quiet. It has a country feel in a growing city. Nice and relaxing and close enough for spending day at beach or shopping in St. John's. Grocery and other shopping is within a mile but you wouldn't know it listening to the cicadas sing. Inside is clean and stocked with necessities to be self sufficient. Not a single bug was seen for our whole visit (unheard of in Florida). The home is roomy and didn't feel cramped at all. The beds were comfy with 1 softer and 1 harder so you can choose based on your needs. Water is hot for showers and AC was cold even in Florida summer heat advisory. Fans in every room. Blinds and curtains for privacy. Owners were very responsive when contacted but they set us up so well we didn't need to ask for anything. I come to Jax often and this will def be on my list to stay at again.

Good value. We stayed comfortably for a month. Clean, but not quite immaculate. This is a great place to stay, especially for the money, but do not expect a bright, modern, updated home. It is an older home in a well established, older area. (If you want a bright, modern condo, go to Neptune or JAX Beach and pay 3 times the price.) If you keep that in mind, we are sure you will find it as satisfactory as we did. The fenced yard is nice bonus if you have small children or pets. The back patio was nice to relax and enjoy the back yard. The back is very private with trees and vegetation surrounding much of it. The host was quick to replace the Kuerig coffee maker when we found that it was broken. They even brought a K-cup stand full of K-cups. They also brought a couple of light bulbs to replace 2 that were burned out.Overall we were satisfied with the value and location for our purpose of a month's visit with our local family. We will definitely consider it for our next visit, if it is available for our scheduled days.
