It is new and a great place to relax. There is some green space for sitting on the porch and watching cars go by. The inside is relaxing and the colors are perfect for a Florida home. In true Florida style the house sits on a lot that is open. There is a gas grill outback so feel free to throw some meat on the grill. You are on vacation…no cooking indoors 😁No worries everyone issafe and friendly around here. If you want a true Florida experience to include outside relaxing on the carport, this place is for you. Great Indoor or outdoor option. The beach is 40 minutes away and Downtown is 20 minutes away. Trust your instincts and book this home, You will not be disappointed. The house is just as it looks in the pictures on VRBO. It is a very quiet neighborhood and the stay was uneventful. There are two areas that I believe should be addressed. First, When using the electronic door lock the directions for entry should include putting the code into the lock then pressing the final key to actuate the lock. Second, the floors were simply not clean. Immediately upon entry, we noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. As we walked around the kitchen, the floor was actually sticky and had to be cleaned with a wet paper towel to get the sticky up, which came up right away. The floors clearly had not been swept. There was small pieces of debris and dirt which we picked up and sweep up before leaving.

We had a wonderful stay. The home was very comfortable and cozy. It was decorated so nice. We had everything we needed. Although we were away from home I felt right at home. The area was peaceful and quiet. Thanks for inviting us into your home.

Nice property

It was nice, clean and convenient the only issue was the bed in the office was more like a cot. I did contact owner and was responsive but we still weren't able to see what they were saying to make the bed into a full size. That was the only issue that description was incorrect of the 3rd bedroom and thats what qe paid for a 3 bedroom.

This property is on a large quiet lot. The neighbors are very friendly. The house is neat, clean and beautifully decorated. The owners are very personable. They are easy to contact, and are willing to help make your stay pleasurable. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall the stay was good but the host called at 7:30 am when we checked out and said 1 towel was missing. She then called back to say a bath sheet had turned gray in the wash. I feel like that kind of stuff is normal wear and tear.

Amazing Stay!!!!

My husband and I were so happy with this property. The house was so spacious inside and beautifully decorated. This property was perfectly suitable for 5 guest with tons of open space. This house was so much more than the pictures could capture. Everyone was so amazed at the size and comfort. The master bedroom and bathroom were beautifully oversized, the guest rooms were also impressive. This open floor plan was a breath of fresh air. The location was very private with a long driveway and beautiful yard. The host was beyond amazing one of the best experiences I have encountered with a vacation rental. We will definitely be returning for future stays! 10 Star Stay!!!!!

I stayed in a Airbnb a few years ago and fell in love with the idea of hosting people in the area I grew up in. I felt like I wanted others to experience a taste of true Florida living, which cannot be found in hotel.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Best location for freedom and privacy. The area of town is not over developed and great place to relax while getting away from the stress of city life. Also the house sits on 1/2 acer of land in front of a big family house. The people are super friendly and they love the idea of hosting guest. however, they will not bother you during your stay. They will give wave to be friendly....so please wave back. ;)
