Pueblo Oasis in Scottsdale 65" TV

This home is an Oasis Jewel in the Heart of the Old Town Scottsdale adjacent to the world famous Valley Ho Resort! The home is in walking distance to all local area restaurants, bars, shops, and the Entertainment District yet you can still enjoy the benefits of a cozy, quiet, and stylish neighborhood.
The space
This inviting private residence has a covered carport, a 1-car garage and available parking on the street without any needed passes.

There is a front patio area with tables and seating in a relaxed environment.

The door has an August Lock with keypad access. As you enter the home, you are invited into a warm space with a large dining table with with seating for 8 people and plenty of open space.

There are 3 bedrooms to the right including a master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private bathroom with a shower, and large double doors opening directly out to the pool and back yard.

The second bedroom has 2 queen-sized beds and the 3rd bedroom has a comfortable hide away bed couch and office space.

The home also has a roll-away twin bed as well available.

All the rooms have 43-inch Samsung Smart TVs and Amazon Echos which can be used separately or linked together.

The TV/Entertainment room has a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV with a VIZIO Elevate Home Theater Surround Sound, 2 comfortable theater chairs and a love-seat and sofa. There is also a bar area. The room has board games, karaoke and other fun items for kids and adults. There is Gigablast Cox WiFi for all your working, gaming, and internet needs.

Please note that the TV in this home does not include local channels or cable service. It is set up for streaming only. Guests are welcome to log in to their own streaming accounts (such as Netflix, etc.) during their stay and remember to log out before checkout

The kitchen is modern and updated with gas burners and all that you would expect for preparing meals and entertaining.

There is a laundry room with commercial size washer and dryer.

The backyard has a large pool that is heated, jacuzzi, gas barbecue, fire pit with surrounding seating, Tiki torch, and is surrounded by well-manicured and appointed foliage and outdoor lighting.

There are games as well for outside including a bean bag toss, large Jenga, and an available outdoor ping-pong table.

This is a great place for weekend getaways, entertaining and more!

There is a keyless door entry to the August Lock digital entry code.

Other things to note
Pool heating is available upon request and it will cost $50 per night.

Important: The pool is cleaned weekly, and it's every Monday and Thursday. The pool people do not need to get access to the house from you. They go through the yard to clean the pool.

HOUSE RULES:

Please kindly check additional reminders for the property and note that these are for STRICT IMPLEMENTATION.

• No pets.

• No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at anytime anywhere on the property. No smoking, no cigarette butts littering, no rubbing out burning cigarette tips, and no flicking cigarette ashes anywhere on the property.

• No parties, events, birthdays, bachelor or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts and the like.

• Check-in is anytime after 4 PM and check-out by 11 AM.

• Self-check-in with a smart lock.

• Do not disrespect your neighbors.

• Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

• Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.

• We do not allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can only allow Amazon package deliveries.

• Lock the door AT ALL TIMES. We want you and your things to be safe.

• Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and do not have any unapproved visitors.

• No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.

• Please note that excessive internet data usage will result in a fee of $50 if it goes over the limits of our plan.

• If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, look after it; if you make a mess, clean it up; and if you move it, replace it.

NOTE: We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

• FEES: A lost remote control (TV, fan, or air conditioner) will result in a $100 charge.

• FEES: A $250 fine will be imposed for any type of smoking.

• FEES: Unapproved Late Check-Out fees: Every hour after 11 a.m. is an additional $50.

• FEES: Additional guests not listed in your reservation will be charged $50 per night per person. Please be completely transparent in your reservation so that you can avoid this issue.
