Enjoy a true Midcoast Maine getaway at this Casco Bay home. Boasting water views and beach access with boat ramps just steps away, this two-bedroom escape is the perfect choice for a family holiday. Take in the views from the private deck, or head down to the beach and public pier for some fun on the water. A gas grill, firepit, and various yard games set the stage for summertime cookouts, while the enclosed porch is an ideal all-season hangout.

Inside, relax by the fireplace or unwind in the living room with shows and movies on the smart TV. There's a stationary bike on the main floor and exercise equipment downstairs for maintaining at-home fitness regimens. The kitchen comes ready for home cooking with a suite of stainless steel appliances, and there's seating for four at the adjacent dining table. The breakfast bar can accommodate up to three for coffee and light snacks. There is also a separate dry bar with a beverage fridge for added convenience. Home essentials include baseboard heating, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer. Additional perks include a Peloton and Tesla vehicle charger.

The sunroom with the twin trundle beds is not heated, and can only be used in the summer months.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Huge snowfall the night we arrived! Power went out, but the house was super prepared with a generator and prompt plowing. The local team was responsive, and the stay couldn’t have been more lovely with snow everywhere and a fire in the fireplace. Bring binoculars to peep birds down on the sound!

Beautiful, one-level home with garage access. Great deck with lovely water views. Water views from the kitchen, dining, and living areas, as well. Enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Note for future guests…the fire pit is located in the garage and must be moved to the backyard for use. The kitchen stove is an induction stove…must use pots and pans provided.

This home was great for the 5 of us. We ate in for breakfast and the kitchen was well supplied. Gave is an abundance of clean towels. Home was clean. Bathrooms were remodeled! Loved the deck and look forward to staying again- hopeful for the access to the water being built next summer straight the backyard! We did walk down to the neighborhood access for a morning swim. Thanks!

This is a terrific place!

We love this house. Clean, quiet, and bright with windows and a large deck to enjoy the view of the water in addition to lawn area perfect for provided croquet or bags. The location is both a 15 min drive to town to get groceries and an even shorter drive to the epic Maine shoreline and charming seaside homes, delicious restaurants, and small general stores to grab what you forgot in town. Comfy beds, good showers, large spaces for meals/board games, cozy area for reading or watching tv. Our family of three (two adults and one teen) would stay here again and again. There is enough space for another small family to join us!

The house was as advertised except that he EV charger was a Tesla charger and could not be used by other plug-in EVs. That was not stated in the description.The house was clean, the instructions were clear and in general everything was as we had hoped.I would describe the premises as very minimal.. No chair in the bedroom, no grab bars in the bathrooms, no radios or clocks in the bedroom.

Beautiful View of Cove

This was an ideal spot to relax, entertain and explore mid coast Maine. The house worked great for our family and the views from the deck were very relaxing and wonderful.

Loved our stay in Harpswell! The location is perfect - although it's hard to tell from pictures is, the ocean (with a small rocky beach) is right down the hill. You either need to go next door to their staircase (very easy) or go 2 doors down where there's an access point you can use drive onto the beach (if you bring paddleboards or other boats). And the neighborhood itself is walkable - you can go about a half mile down on the quiet residential street without encountering much/any traffic.The house itself is clean, modern, and large! We felt very at home, played some Monopoly and Boggle, and used the grill and outdoor firepit (it's in the garage). All that said, there's nothing like sitting on the back deck in an adirondack chair, reading a book. Makes you want to stay much longer.

Balm for the spirit

The house was sparkling clean. We enjoyed our brief stay , reading supervising the tides coming and going. It was quiet and peaceful. We would definitely stay again we enjoyed the privacy the location offered, not far from town and amenities.

One-Story Gem On The Water

Beautiful outside vistas in every direction. Well appointed inside with everything we needed. We appreciated the no shoes on inside policy, but a bench at the entry would be helpful. Convenient to Bowdoin.

Great Place to Stay

This house is great! Just like the other reviews, the view was absolutely stunning. The house was comfortable and welcoming. My preschooler keeps asking us about when we can return to “our Maine house”. I think it left a favorable impression on him. We would happily stay here again in the future.

Couldn't find a single thing to complain about. From the location to the amenities everything was perfect. The host is wonderful in every aspect. Spacious & modern with a stunning view

This house was perfect from location to décor. Whether in the mood for a walk around a college town or the experience of a waterside lobster shack, this house has it all. My husband and I were able to work all day without issue and enjoy the evenings in a variety of Brunswick and Harpswell restaurants. Booking process was simple and efficient start to finish. We will absolutely visit again!

Stunning views from the deck and through the large back windows. Great updated appliances. Saggy worn mattress and pillows were problematic. Beautiful site requires well water so suggest you buy several gallons for drinking

A very enjoyable stay...

This home is within a mile of close relatives; making it so convenient for visiting. Use of the garage was a huge plus as it rained most of the first couple of days. House was spacious, well stocked, spotless, and easy to access via a ramp, if needed, right off of the driveway. Great water views,and lots of waterfowl action. Not one complaint from anyone about anything. We thank you!

gorgeous lake views

house was perfect. loved the wood burning fireplace and fire pit as well as the grill! no issues at all had a great time, even during an impromptu snow storm. oh and driveway was plowed for us without asking and first thing as to not impact our coming and going.
