Cardiff View Bungalows great for large group

The Cardiff Beach Bungalows are a great place to gather with a large group. Both units are exactly the same in size and stylish furnishings. Each unit sleeps 8. You`ll have the entire property to yourselves. Parking for 4-6 cars and beach gear too! Nestled between Solana Beach and Encinitas, Cardiff-by-the-Sea is a quaint town with a fabulous beach and surf (Pipes)! Walk to restaurants, grocery store, park and the beach (just over a mile).

Each bungalow has 3 bedrooms consisting of: master with king, guest room with king, and bunk room with queen beds. All bedrooms have TVs. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combination. Guest bathroom has shower stall.
Both units have large, fully stocked kitchens, with dining at the counter, table or outside. Both units have washer & dryer inside.
Both units have central air conditioning and beach gear. We provide linens, towels (including beach towels).


In order to sleep 16 people in beds (between the 2 bungalows), 2 people will be in each bunk bed, in each bungalow. They are queen size beds. Depending on the make up of your group (adults/children/infants), you`ll need to determine if this is suitable.

You will be renting both units and have full access to the property (with the exception of 2 garage stalls). Parking is on the driveway.

I live in the area an am available by phone or in person if you need me!

Close to Seaside Market, playground at school yard a few blocks away. Shopping, dining, beach about a mile or so. Pedestrian walkway makes walking safe.

If you are up for a 20 minute walk, you can get to the beach, food, shopping. We have a wagon to help transport beach gear. Car is recommended for most other activities.

You will have to climb stairs to get to the units. Once inside, they are single level. Amtrack Sunliner passenger train runs along the coast line and all through Cardiff, you will likely hear the train and street noise. Many find it novel and children love to watch train go by. It does quite down at night. We have double pained windows and central air conditioning that dampen street noise.
VRBO bookings are not eligable for the credit card processing fee to be refunded if reservation is cancelled (this includes reservations within the cancellation period).
Quite hours are 10pm - 7am under Encinitas `good neighbor` policy. Please bring socializing indoors. We strictly adhere to the policy as we do not want to loose our permit to operate as a vacation rental.
