This historic neighborhood offers great dining, delicious cafes, hip bars, active parks and fun activities. Victoria Park puts you right in the center of the downtown life of Ft. Lauderdale without feeling like you are in a busy downtown area.

Guests will enjoy proximity to the beach, Las Olas Blvd, Galleria Mall, Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades.

Paradise getaway

The property was just amazing! The unit was nice and neat. Very comfortable beds! The backyard pool and BBQ areas were really nice and well kept, like everything else. Lots of good restaurants near by. We would definitely come back and stay!

Family Fun

Victoria Park was a great place to stay. The location was ideal so close to the beach and fabulous restaurants. The home was beautiful decorated and spotless. Loved the outside patio with the pool. We even found a new Buffalo restaurant La Nova which we absolutely love. The owner made us feel special would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic Property

We loved our stay at this property! The pool area (although shared) is private from neighbors, well maintained and beautiful. The condo itself is wonderfully updated with all the necessities a guest would need and very clean! The less than a mile walk to the River Walk and Las Olas Blvd felt safe and easy. We would highly recommend this property to those visiting the area.

Cozy family spot

Our stay was excellent, it is a quiet, tucked away apartment but you have the feeling of home. The outdoor areas are great! Our host Antonio went out of his way to be helpful, when supplying us with local information. The kitchen is well stocked, and there were extra blankets,towels and linens. We loved the pool! I would definitely recommend a stay, especially if you come as a family.

Spring Break Stay

Overall we enjoyed our stay at this property, when entering the unit we found it clean and welcoming. The pool area was well kept and felt private. We couldn’t hear the other occupied units during our stay. For being in downtown Ft. Lauderdale the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will look to come back in the future.

Victoria Park Oasis

Property was exactly as advertised. Location was easy access to Sunrise Blvd and Route 1. The apartment came with virtually everything you need for daily living, even down to coffee filters. A supermarket is in walking distance for food/beverages. Beautiful tropical landscaping abounds, and a delightful pool adds to the "oasis" feeling. Owners were easy to commicate should you need to reach them. All in all, a very delightful 9 day vacation stay.

Victoria Park, FL stay for two

Walking into the gate, we found a beautifully landscaped yard. Bonus! Lots of shade. The condo felt cozy and homey. If you like to walk for exercise, you'll love this neighborhood. Restaurants and stores are walking distance. Great location. Quiet. We didn't get to use the pool, because of the rain and cool weather, but we will the the next time we stay. We had breakfast in everyday. And, we cooked two nights. Walk over to the Fresh Market and buy their dinner kit for two. It's great! It was a comfy home for a week! Perfect for us.

Clean, smooth check-in, and overall great property!

Check in process was see less and Antonio was very communicative. We stayed with 2 kids and the pool was the perfect size. You could potentially share the outdoor spaces with 3 other units, but the property does a great job of creating alcoves and spaces for privacy. The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and extra linens. Pool towels included too! There’s also access to Netflix, Disney+, and other streaming services. Only feedback we would have is that there are only 4 glass/dining sets, so if you have 4+ people you may have to run the dishwasher every day. They do provide dishwasher pods. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and pots. The location is in close proximity to finding and Wynn Dixie, and only a short 15 minute Uber to beach or airport. We will definitely be staying again! The unit is fantastic if you’re staying with groups to have the ability to be together, but in separate spaces/units.
