INDEPTH LOOK AT THE SPACE:

This property has been thoughtfully equipped with families in mind. We've have provided a highchair, playpen and children's toys for smaller children.

The main level is directly accessible from the garage and leads to a gorgeous Queen master bedroom with a 43-inch smart TV, lake view deck access, a suite bathroom with walk in shower, and laundry room.

Right around the corner from the master bedroom, is an open concept kitchen and living space with wood burning fireplace. Well stocked kitchen, table for 8, and floor to ceiling windows gives you fantastic lake views! Large sectional in the living room, Wi-Fi, and 55-inch LG smart TV allows the whole family to have a popcorn and movie night while sitting by the fire and watching the sunset.

The main level also includes a second full bathroom with bathtub, Queen bedroom with smart TV, and a third Queen bedroom with lots of toys for the kids to enjoy.

If this isn't great enough, head down to the lower level to A HUGE family room with gas fireplace, 75-inch smart TV, DVD player, Wii gaming console, large checkerboard game, and other types of board games. Dumbbells are included to get a quick workout while looking out at the lake! Attached to the family room is a full bathroom with walk in shower. Also included in the lower level is a dedicated office space to catch up on those emails before hitting the golf course.

Wake up to lake views from the lower-level master King bedroom. Grab a cup of coffee, your favorite book, and warm blanket as you relax in the chaise lounge chair. No need to go upstairs for food or drink, the lower level has a coffee bar with microwave and full-size refrigerator. The back room is a favorite with the nautical enthusiasts with a Queen bed, twin captain's bed, and full over full bunk bed. Let's not forget the reading nook!

From the lower level, step out onto the patio to take a short, nearly flat walk to your own private dock with kayaks, life jackets and pedal boat.

***As far as pets we do allow dogs! Message us with details about your dog and we can discuss further. We have 2 dogs so we get how hard it is to leave our fur-babies! Our pet fee is $99 per pet for the length of your reservation, with a max of 2 pets.

***We have two security cameras for safety reasons on the outside of the property. One is on the garage and faces the driveway, the other one is on the patio facing the lake. We also have a ring doorbell.

We offer a 10% discount for military and repeat customers.

As you might imagine the more people means more upkeep and expense for us. We are charging a nominal fee of 20 dollars per person per night over 12 people. We think this is reasonable to help us keep up with the added expense of more guests!
