Make memories with friends & family over spectacular lake views. Enjoy the large double deck perfect for grilling and watching sunrise & sunsets. The house sets just steps to your own boat dock with swimming platform. Main channel view of the lake but set a few houses back in our wide cove for safe swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and floating.

From the double layer deck or within the comfort of this newly remodeled and updated spacious home filled with high ceilings & windows, everyone has a place to unwind, relax, play, cook and eat. The multi-level home with five bedrooms, five baths, high-end kitchen overlooking the lake, living & dining room and study allow privacy as well as gathering spaces.

Sanctuary at Cedar Creek sits within a gated community with direct access to fishing and water sports from your back yard. Guests staying here within Hot Springs Village have access to 9 golf courses, tennis & pickle-ball courts within the community. Also enjoy The Village's miles of wooded trails for biking and hiking.

We absolutely loved spending our family Spring Break at this home. It was clean, well maintained and had absolutely everything we wanted for a fun week. Hosts were great and communicated well throughout our stay.The kids really enjoyed the paddle boards and the lake.

We chose this house based on size and location (it was the gathering spot in the Hot Springs area for 14 family members), and found more than a house. It was a beautiful home! Everything was perfect… we would have loved to stay much longer! Highly recommend!

House was perfect for our golf trip with customers. Had 10 guys with plenty of sleeping arrangements and room for everyone to have there own spaces between 3 floors. House was very clean and had super cold A/c on all levels. Having a pellet smoker and a charcoal grill lakeside was an added bonus! We will consider this property again for our next trip.

Perfect getaway

Everything about the property is so nice. It is clean and all the pictures and amenities are very accurate. Everything you need in the kitchen, towels, etc. Our friends got together for a golf trip and stayed at this property for 2 consecutive years and will stay again if we come back to HSV. Our host Adel is quick to respond and very nice.

This house was real good for 8 guys on a golf trip. Location and amenities are basically as described. Kitchen appliances and tools could use some updates. Had to get creative for some items.

Great vacation rental

This house and location has everything my family loves to do. Swimming off the dock, boating, a wonderful beach nearby, pickle ball, ping pong, movie watching at night with popcorn, roasting s'mores on the firepit. My kids had a blast!

We loved this house. It was our favorite stay ever. The house was spotless, so well stocked, fantastic location. Loved the game room, kayaks paddle boards. We golfed, hiked fished boated. We would definitely love to come back next year

Weekend Family Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay! Our group had 8 adults and 5 kids under the age of 3 and there was plenty of room for everyone! The house was clean and well stocked. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay!
