Welcome! We are William and Meghan your hosts, and hope your stay is nothing short of extraordinary.
We started hosting when my job as a travel nurse took us away from our first home in Richmond,VA. Another move to Florida and a deployment brought us to Bradenton, Florida.
We absolutely love our homes and the community we’ve built in Virginia and Florida and are happy to share them with our guests.
Originally from the north east (William-Northern VA, and Meghan- Central Pennsylvania),We have moved up and down the east coast over the past 15 years including North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Florida.
We are avid travelers and even lived in a camper for a year with our two dogs! When we are not traveling you can find us on a boat somewhere fishing, snorkeling or scuba diving.

Our home is one of the rare new builds in our historic "Old Florida" neighborhood. The front yard is graced by hundred-year old sprawling oaks with Spanish moss that you can enjoy from the wrap-around front porch. The backyard is a private oasis complete with a luxurious pool bordered by palm trees. It truly is a combination of historic charm and relaxed elegance that define the Sunshine State.
