The Pineapple Sea Esta is a beautiful brand new VRBO sleeping up to 9 guests, with (4) bedrooms in total! Three of which are located in the main section of the house. The first bedroom is a very coastal chic bedroom theme featuring a king bed. This room has a connecting door to the first bedroom/bunk room with a twin-over-full bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and shared closet. This section of the home is perfect for a family with kids. The third bedroom is a beach-themed king room with an en suite bathroom. The property's attached poolhouse acts as the fourth bedroom for the group and is furnished with two matching full-size beds and its own private bathroom.

There are three doors out to the pool area, one from the apartment suite, french doors off the game room, and one from the bunk room that will invite you to a fabulous courtyard with mature, tropical landscaping. At night it is equally as beautiful, as it is lit up with landscape lighting and string lights above the pool. All pool doors have a sensor that will notify the main house that the door has been opened. The heated pool has a waterfall feature & a jacuzzi. The outdoor patio features four loungers, a dining set, an umbrella, and a grill. There is also a second seating area off the apartment suite where guests can sit in a separate private space on the other side of the house.

The Main living room is off the dining room and has a lovely seating area with a TV over the fireplace. A Game Room with a pool table, that can also be converted to a Brunswick ping-pong table is located off the kitchen. This room is also stocked with pool towels and outdoor cushions for patio furniture. Your party with enjoy the game room's comfy daybed as a couch during the day and can turn it into another twin bed for someone to sleep in at night. In this room, the pull-out drawer underneath the daybed is stocked with board games!

The kitchen/dining space offers a built-in gas range, stainless appliances & a custom island. Off the kitchen is a gorgeous remodeled 1/2 bath for all guests' use.

Your party will enjoy viewing the Manatee River from the front yard. Take a morning or evening stroll and look at the beautiful palms lining the water, usually accompanied by some really cool birds and if you are lucky, maybe even a Manatee!

The home is located only 15 minutes from Anna Maria Island, which is home to four public beaches with the closest and most popular being Manatee Public Beach. Anna Maria Island also has a free trolley that you can take around the island. At the house, a cooler, wagon, and two boogie boards are available for guests to use if going to the beach. There is a set of men’s and women’s golf clubs available upon request. If you are interested in hiking or kayaking, Robinson's Preserve is only 8 miles from the house. Bike, Kayak and Paddleboard rental information will be provided at check-in. Do you have a shopper in your group? Enjoy fresh coffee in the mornings, we provide a sleeve of Nespresso for the Nespresso machine and ground coffee for the French press, we also stock the refrigerator with seltzer. Each bathroom has all-natural soaps, body washes, conditioners, and lotion. All laundry detergent provided is eco-friendly.

At the Pineapple Sea Esta, you are only a mile away from waterfront restaurants like Pier 22, and the rooftop bar at The Marriott which overlooks the river as well. The Sarasota/Bradenton SRQ Airport is about 20-25 minutes away from the house, and Tampa International Airport is about a 45-55 minute drive from the house, which makes this premier location very convenient to fly in and out. A few hours prior to check-in, you will receive your door code, which will also allow you to use the security system on the house if you so choose. Instructions will be sent on how to arm and disarm the house throughout your stay.
