This 1st floor 2 bed / 1 bath condo has been fully renovated with new paint, floors, bath & kitchen. 1 Parking space included & additional paid parking on street. Queen Bed & sleeper couch is a full size. Linens included. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, keurig, dishes silverware, pots and pans. High speed internet included & separate work area.

This studio apartment was the perfect place to stay for Army Navy weekend. Cozy, cute, and in an incredible location. It was an easy walk to the USNA campus, plus nearby coffee shops and restaurants, which made everything so convenient. We had a lovely stay and would happily return again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Annapolis. The location of the apartment was perfect. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Having an included parking space was a real plus!

Amazing location and service

We enjoyed our stay. The location could not have been better and the customer service and attention to ensuring a pleasant stay was a five out of five. We drove our very large SUV and with some small attention to details we were able to park it comfortably in the provided parking space.

Annapolis Boat Show perfect location first floor apartment

We went to the Annapolis Boat Show and stayed in this very clean first floor apartment. It was less than a minute walk to the docks and many resturants. It is a very quiet location. Communication with owner was a bit delayed here and there but we had no emergency needs so it was ok. Equiped with new stove and very nice kitchen. There were only two frying pans and one big soup kettle when we were there but I brought it to the hosts attention so I am sure he will remedy that issue. The bathroom is lovely with a nice shower. It does take the water quiet awhile to heat up but it's probaby an on demand water heater so just start the hot water a few minutes before you need it. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great Place to visit USNA and Annapolis

Awesome property in a fantastic location. Nate was super helpful and easy to communicate with. You cannot beat this location for visits to USNA. It is a quick walk to the pedestrian gate to access the academy and equally as quick to ego alley. Could not have asked for a better setup for our trip. I highly recommend this property. It is perfect for a party of 2-3 to stay and enjoy all that Annapolis has to offer.

Convenient to everything

Out stay was easy. The parking space provided was perfect and we did not have to use the cat the length of the stay as everything was in walkable distance. The property was very clean and appliances were new.

Perfect For a Couple's Getaway

Location: Convenient to everything in Annapolis and literally around the corner from restaurants/bars, shopping and the waterfront. Host: Easy to work with and responsive, no problem with communication. This condo is as described and was clean and comfortable. I will not hesitate to stay here again the next time I'm in Annapolis.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay for the Eastport Yacht Club boat parade. This property is in a perfect location (steps to the Naval Academy and City Dock) and even has a parking spot! Owner has great communication, check in was easy, and the condo is very comfortable. The kitchen could use a few more items and the owner is working on that. Don't bring your F-250 for the parking spot but our mid-size SUV fit in just fine. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fell short on supplies and equipment

The only supplies were 4 bath towels, hand soap and plates and cutlery, but no mugs, cups or glasses, only a Keurig machine without cartridges, and nothing to drink from. There were pots and pans, but no sharp knives for cutting, no cork screw, no bowls, measuring cups, no condiments like salt and pepper, empty cupboards. Light bulbs were missing in the two floor lamps. The owner did respond quickly to our report of gas smell from the stove, but ultimately we turned off the gas to the very old stove because not all pilot lights were lit. The apartment is renovated to look good, but there is no vent in the bathroom which makes the whole apartment very humid. When we left, our clothes we had hung in the closet were damp. There is only one window air conditioner, and only one window opens. There was no chest of drawers. The apartment is far from ready to be rented out as a VRBO.

USNA 30th Reunion

Amazing location in downtown Annapolis with an off-street parking spot. Owner was responsive and extremely helpful in coordinating entry, and ensured we had everything we needed to make it a wonderful stay. Nicely appointed property with all the essentials. Will mark this as a favorite for future stays.
