First floor ski suite that has been updated and well maintained. Perfect for a couples getaway or if you just want a small place to getaway from the Summer heat then look no farther. Very well equipped with lots of onsite amenities including an indoor pool, hot tubs, saunas, tennis courts, gym and much more. Sit on your balcony and soak in the cool breeze and the beautiful scenery. The complex is secluded but you can easily access everything Beech Mountain has to offer. There are hiking trails that are nearby and a walking path to the center of Town where all the action happens. The condo is equipped with a queen size bed and a sleep sofa that is good for 1 person or 2 small kids. The kitchen is equipped for light cooking there is a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and utensils. Come stay at the Pinnacle Inn Resort for the best vacation experience on Beech Mountain.

The condo was fine - the pullout couch did not actually function and was stained, there was no actual oven, and the refrigerator compressor was excessively loud for most of the night.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been to Beech Mountain many times but the first time staying at this condo. It was absolutely disgusting! It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years. We had to clean the bathroom and all of the surfaces before we felt comfortable putting our things down. There were no pillowcases for the pillows so we contacted the host. We were told to call Pinnacle Inn (no answer) and that they would “try” to get someone out the next day to clean the room. The sheets were old and stained. We would have left immediately if we could have found anywhere with vacancy. We will NOT stay here again!

Not prepared to handle emergencies

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: On the day of check-in we discovered the TV wasn't working. Not being technically skilled I texted in the evening concerning the issue. The next morning we discovered there was no hot water. Upon checking the breaker box we turned the breaker on (it was off!) and had to wait approximately 4 hours till we had hot water. We missed a breakfast engagement due to this issue. The property should have been ready for travelers. My issue mainly is that when I texted the number provided I had to wait till office hours for the issue to be checked. I would think you would have someone available to handle emergency situations. Also, the amenities were not available to us (pool, spa, gym, etc.) due to a sign that stated electrical issues. Our fee included those amenities and I feel we should have been discounted. The view was beautiful and overall we were able to attend our event as planned.

Ski trip 2023

The room was nice and well kept.. very centralized in Beech Mountain resort area. Parking was tough due to snow storm came through when we arrived.. all in all a great experience

Reviewer Comments: Between the management company and the host were very unprofessional. The place was disgusting. Hasn’t been cleaned in months ask them to clean it and the host told us we could go elsewhere Meanwhile, it was the busiest time of year. She knew there was nowhere for us to go how about I will make sure I get it taken care of and have a cleaning crew there first thing in the morning? Bathroom ceiling, collapsing, mold in the shower fireplace smokes the place out. Damper is broken. Hot water for two minutes. Everything covered in dust. It’s not a pull out bed the photos don’t even match the furniture in the place. I would never go back to this place again, and the host has the nerve to not refund us even our cleaning fee which I clean the place because I couldn’t have my family living in filth, especially with their allergies we couldn’t stop sneezing the entire time there! The clean blankets in the closet were covered in stains. It look like they have not been washed for a while! So Of course we cut our trip short and left a day early because of all of this and then all of a sudden the management company wanted to step in and do something about it. Well, guess what it was too late I would never rent from them again! Stay away!

Review Beech Mountain Chalet

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with my 10yo daughter and we found the chalet to be very quant and cozy, and supplied with everything we needed, but that was once we had finally found it! The directions were confusing and GPS failed us once we got into Beech Mountain. The office had closed by the time we arrived, and no answer at the number provided. We ended up stopping at the Town Hall and asking the police officers how to find the property. Then once we did find the property, finding the unit was another challenge. We drove around the entire property trying to find the building numbers. Once we found them, they were tucked in away from sight from the parking lots. My only friendly advice to improve on your rentals would be to update the directions to the property itself to better instruct people how to find it, and to install larger numbers on the sides of the buildings facing the lots. Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay here!

This was a very cute and cozy apartment that my daughter and I found to be everything we needed for our stay. My only complaint would be that the directions for getting to the property were confusing at best, and GPS is no help in the area. I ended up having to go to the Town Hall and ask for help. Then once finding the property, had a lot of difficulty finding the actual unit. I would strongly suggest better signage for the building numbers. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again in the future now that we know how to find it!

Land of Oz trip

The property was clean and appropriate for our stay. Definitely outdated like some others have said but that's semantics. I really didn't like the pullout sofa bed... it was uncomfortable to say the least. I'm sure they couldn't help that though. Otherwise our stay was easy and comfortable. Thank you!
