Welcome to the relaxing shed! Located on the premises of the Pinnacle Inn, find this unit on the second floor of an apartment style building. This small 300 square foot unit is the perfect place to rest your head after a full day of skiing or snowboarding. Perfect for a couple, this unit only sleeps 2 on a queen size platform bed perfectly fitted into an alcove in the living area. Utilize the living area by watching a movie on the TV by the fireplace. You’ll find all the appliances needed to cook a meal for yourself and a perfect bathroom to clean up after a day of adventures like hiking or visiting the sky bar. Don’t want to leave the premises? No worries! You can find a heated pool, Jacuzzi, a small weight room, and a gaming area in the All Seasons center. We hope you’ll visit soon!

the roof was about to fall in

The condition of this property was completely unacceptable—the roof was on the verge of collapsing. The photos do not accurately capture how severe the situation truly was. While I appreciate that the property manager relocated us to another condo, they also promised a 20% refund, which has yet to be provided. Future guests should be aware of the serious issues with this property and the lack of follow-through on commitments.

Place is very cozy but could improve.

The apartment is tany but very nice and cozy, we visited on president day weekend, arrive very late at night and the apt. was very cold due to not running the heater, there is small heather unit and it can keep place warm after 30 mn run; the bed only have had sheets and cover bed, we found two small blankets, it could be better if there was real bed blankets. At the kitchen there wasn't dishes soap, we need it to use the laundry but there wasn't laundry soap either. So be prepared in case you need to use the laundry or clean dishes and bring blankets if you visit on winter. We did visit the pool area but it wasn't clean and the smell of chlorine was very strong, hot tub was not working. Place is very convenient to Beech mountain ski resort and overload parking.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I am a bit biased because I stayed here so I could be with normal people and get a good nice sleep. Instead the next door neighbor came in around 2am and she was screaming and yelling at the top of her lungs for awhile. As far as the place goes it is super super small. There are no internet TV instructions. I had to reset things myself and did call to get help and security came right away, was super nice, and did all he could. Got TV but no wifi. The kitchen is just okay. There is no separate bedroom which I knew but for others staying here realize there is just a bed in a small area off the living area. The mgmt group is great! The pool area is nice. It is super expensive for what it is especially in non ski season

The resort itself was nice. The condo we stayed in was not clean. We had issues with the tv. No wifi. The hand towel holder in bathroom fell off the wall. Tried to reach out to owner twice with zero communication. Will not book here with this owner again.

Over all it was a great location and the views were stunning. We had internet and tv issued but there were fixed on day 2.. washer and drying flipped breaker but got that fixed day 1.. all in all I would book this again.. I understand everything can’t be perfect but they worked to get it all fixed. So we were happy.

The unit was not clean. The closet door was stuck shut. Ants invaded the kitchen!

Unit not clean! Ants in the kitchen. The floors were dirty and the carpet needed to be vacuumed. No one checked out this unit prior to my stay!! The $100 Linen Fee was just not fair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
