Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place

Make memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Pine Haven Farms is a working farm. Spread out and enjoy the pastoral surroundings. We are located less than two miles away from Magnum Point Marina at Smith Mountain Lake if you want to add some lake time to your vacation stay. Please be aware that electric fencing is used for the cattle. Children should be supervised at all times.

We are always available to help with any need, but do not live on the property. If you would like to help with any of the livestock, you will be welcome to with guidance from our farm manager.

This is a rural area of Franklin County. Our farm is surrounded by other farms. Just down the road is Magnum Point Marina. It is the perfect place to put in your boat or rent one to enjoy all that Smith Mountain Lake has to offer.

Guests will have full use of the house as well as many areas of the farm to explore.

You and your family will have the entire house to yourself. There are four large bedrooms with six total beds and 2 full baths and one half bath.

You will come and go by motor vehicle. There is tons of parking for several cars and boat trailers.

If you decide to pick fruit or vegetables from the orchard or gardens, please pull a few weeds to pay it forward for the next guests.

The property was just what we needed! Beautiful and a chance to disconnect and enjoy family and nature. The spare queen bed was nice t used due to it being very uncomfortable. A thicker foam or an actual mattress is needed. The bed in the master is very squeaky! Not conducive for certain romantic activities.

Fun Lake County Weekend

This was the perfect property for 2 brothers and their families. The location was great for our Friday night concert at The Coves. Dinner and boat rentals are down the street at Magnum Point Marina. We enjoyed the peaceful country setting, watching the farm life, and building a camp fire.

Weekend getaway with concert

My husband and I stayed with another couple over the Easter weekend. We saw the Bacon Brothers at the Harvester, which is a nice, quaint, little venue. The concert was fantastic! The property was everything it advertised and more. It's a beautiful home in a tranquil setting...a little bit off the beaten path, but still close to civilization. We greatly enjoyed the fire pit and made good use of the well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

I was here with 3 friends on a golf trip. The course we were playing was a 15 minute drive so very convenient. I loved this home so much i really cluld have just stayed here and not played golf at alm. Beauitful landscape all around.

Perfect for our trip

Came to VA for the NASCAR race in Martinsville. Good location for us. Clean and comfortable. Owners communicated the dishwasher was broken and not to use. Want excited about washing all the dishes. Maybe could have offered a little discount or something. But overall great place and close to what we needed.

We stayed safe during Hurricane Helene

Our weekend at the farm was right after the hurricane came through this area. The owner had the property/farm manager buy a generator the morning of our arrival since a tree fell on the power line. We had plenty of power and water for our stay thanks to their quick efforts! The listing needs to be updated to a 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home. All bathrooms and the kitchen have beautiful fixtures. The setting was very peaceful with very comfortable beds and pillows. We enjoyed a couple of meals down the road at Magnum Point Marina & Restaurant (locally sourced beef burgers) The best meal on the trip was at Jose's Mexican Grill & Cantina on Old Franklin Turnpike.
