Wildflower 23: Beautiful Condo, close to the Green

Spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located in the heart of Mammoth Lakes at the Wildflower complex. Sleeps up to 4 guests with a pull-out sofa in the living room and is approximately 800 sq. ft. Pet-friendly. No smoking or vaping is permitted inside the condo, on the patio, or within 25 feet of the building per HOA rules. A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door.

This ground-floor corner unit features an open floor plan with bright windows and a private patio. The living room includes a flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, wood-burning stove (firewood not provided), comfortable seating, and access to games, books, and puzzles for guest use.

The dining area seats 4 with additional seating at the kitchen bar. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for cooking, along with coffee-making options including a standard coffee maker, coffee mill, and electric teapot.

The primary bedroom features a California king Sealy Posturepedic bed with topper, flat-screen Smart TV, 6-liter humidifier, and ample closet space. The updated bathroom includes a shower/tub combo, and a stacked washer/dryer is conveniently located in the hallway.

Guests enjoy access to Wildflower's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, heated summer pool, BBQ area, and multipurpose court for tennis, pickleball, and basketball. Additional on-site laundry facilities are available with QR code instructions on the machines.

Wildflower is centrally located near shops, restaurants, golf courses, skiing, and Mammoth's free Green Line shuttle to Eagle Lodge.

Mammoth Lakes Hiking

I came to Mammoth Lakes to hike and my wife worked from the condo each day while I was hiking. Everything was excellent. The bed is very comfortable. The condo was stocked with everything we needed, and my wife had no issues with the WiFi connection.

What a gem!

Couldn’t love this incredibly organized and comfortable condo any more than we did! We've stayed at dozens of rentals and this one is at the top for how cared for and the attention to detail to make you feel right at home!

I have never stayed at a better-equipped condo at Mammoth. Many thoughtful touches….lots of kitchen gear, movies, good instructions. We will come back!

Good Experience

This is a very nice and cozy place. The only suggestion I would to the owner is to write and respond to emails more clearly. I had to read emails and communications several time to understand. Other than that, it was a very good experience. Great little place for 2 to 4 people.

Far exceeded our expectations

We were very impressed with the organization and attention to detail in this unit. From ziplock bags to bandaids, any item you could ever anticipate needing was availabile. It was clean and well furnished. It felt like we were in our own home. The owners take pride, and it shows. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything you could ask for!

My husband and I had a VRBO for several years, and ran it like a first rate place to stay. We had a perfect 5 star rating. I have to say this is the first place we have stayed that met my expectations in every aspect. The owners are extremely organized, and provide every amenity one could imagine. The kitchen facilities are ample enough for a gourmet cook. An extremely comfortable and inviting environment, and the perfect location. Several restaurants are within walking distance. We have a beautiful home in Mammoth, but had to stay here due to a remodel. I could not have picked a better place to stay whilst we are renovating. Met every expectation possible. It was a little hard to find due to the snowpack, as the snow level hid the numbers on the units. A map of the complex marking the location would be helpful in the winter! I can guarantee one will not be disappointed staying here. Loved it!

Cozy comfort with everything we could want!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this location! The condo had everything we didn't even consider, yet met our needs! All dishwear, tons of DVDs, so many lights to add mood to the evening! Everything was clearly labeled and the notes provided a warm welcome. A few missing items: tissues (container was empty), tee towel to dry dishes, washcloths. Although these items didn't make us call the property manager, adding them would help. Since the snow was so high, it was difficult to determine the address. A map of the complex could help future renters check-in process. We plan to stay here over and over!

My partners first mammoth experience

This was such an amazing place to stay. It was a bit hard to find (due to the snow hills) so I would be a bit more descriptive in the direction. Overall it was beautiful and a great place to be. My boyfriend and I enjoyed how clean it was, the homey feeling, and the big bed. Thank you! I hope to stay here again.

Just like Home

Walking in to this condo was like being at home. Everything was very neat, organized, and very very well equipped and supplied. We stayed there 10 days and enjoyed it immensely. Location was great and the snow was cleared multiple times a day during the largest snowfall in years. Thank you very much

Really cute place, stocked with everything, family owned

The thing that stood out most to us was how well stocked the place was. Everything was labeled clearly and it was very clean. This is owned by a family that uses it themselves so it’s taken care of like it’s their own place. Someone took immaculate care to make sure it was setup with anything you think you might need - bandaids, board games, movies, books, silverware, dishes, fireplace wood and newspaper kindling, etc… If you stay here, please take good care of it and treat the place like your own, it’s a gem. This was my first time staying in this group of condos and we showed up at night and I had a little trouble finding it because the building #s aren’t lighted on the side of the building. You need to drive in a little ways further than I thought but once you find it, it’s conveniently located on the bottom floor and was a short walk from the car.
