Stunning Greers Ferry Lake lakefront home. Panoramic views, plenty of outdoor gathering and relaxing living spaces and lake access. 3 massive MBR suites, incredible fully furnished kitchen, and huge living room. Downstairs has theater room, games, office, and a partial kitchen. Lots of space for family and friends. Bring the whole extended family (or multiple families) to this great place with lots of room for fun. 3 full baths and 2 half baths included.

Access: The home is located on a single lane private drive. If you are planning to bring a boat or any type of trailer it is not recommended. We recommend leaving your boat at one of the local marinas during your stay.

Stunning views! Very spacious and clean. Well stocked kitchen, huge dining table, huge fridge & freezer with extra fridge and freezer downstairs. Plenty towels, blankets and very comfortable bedding. Not a complaint, rather a consumer note, the parking is, indeed, precarious. It can be done if you go slow and are super careful. The bedroom/bathroom all together is different. The canned lighting overhead is too shadowed for a makeup mirror. There are small, lighted, makeup mirrors there, but not very bright.Be better if it was light in front of your face. Those staying in the bunkbed room do not have a bathroom downstairs without going into one of the other bedrooms. They have to go upstairs. We did have some 60 staying and the stairs were rough for them. We didn't know how to gain access to the elevator. All that said, it still was a wonderful stay and everyone enjoyed it very much.

Wedding weekend stay

The house was beautiful and massive. It made hosting all the bridesmaids very nice. They had the entire downstairs to themselves with plenty of room. The house was stocked with whatever you needed and PLENTY of towels. 10/10 recommend staying here!!

Absolutely stunning views - house needs a lot of TLC

The views were absolutely amazing and so peaceful. However, the home needs some definite TLC. It was not very clean - air vents clogged with a tremendous amount of dirt/dust that required me to clean, along with other areas of the house. Outside needs a definite power wash with the windows cleaned. Space was large, which was great, but it was very sparsely furnished on the main floor. The refrigerator and cabinets were absolutely packed with food, some already opened? Cabinets were also packed with medicine, including alcohol being left in the downstairs bar area?

Beautiful home and views. Very stocked with anything you could possibly need. Perfect for weekend place to stay close to my daughter’s wedding venue.

Plenty of room with gorgeous lake views. The kids were never bored and the adults were able to relax! We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful!

We rented this house recently and we would certainly go again. There were nine of us and all had a wonderful time. Pictures don’t do it justice. Everything ran smoothly from arrival to departure. Communication with the owner was prompt and polite. We encourage you try this property. You won’t be sorry.

really need a picture of the hill that goes down and there is no place to park really unless drive cars and also thankfully we found a nice person that let us park or trucks and boats and trailers on. Cause there is no place to park also the house has an elevator but is not made for powered wheelchairs and the wheelchair accessible bathroom is downstairs instead of upstairs if you are in wheelchair. But otherwise beautiful view

Memorial Day Weekend

It was amazing. Plenty of room and games for when off the lake. My family was happy. They said that was the nicest place we stayed on Greers Ferry Lake. We have stayed in rentals for 10 years. I will be back!
