We had a perfect stay for a small Thanksgiving gathering with family. The house was so clean and well equipped. All the comforts of home with extras, too. The cost was higher than other places I was looking at and, while I was hesitant to book at first, I now see that you get what you pay for. I wish it had been warm enough to be out in the backyard! I highly recommend!

This property was fantastic. The house was updated, the bedrooms were large, there was plenty of common space, and a nice outdoor area in the back of the house. The house was equipped with hotel-like amenities (travel-sized toiletries, snacks, bedside water bottles). Sammie was very responsive and the check in process was easy

Fantastic Home!

We had a perfect stay at Christy House. It was perfect for our family of 4. We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner, dessert, and coffee. There was absolutely nothing that we needed during our stay, the house had it all. It was clean, spacious, and very well stocked. I highly recommend this house, in this location, to anyone looking to visit Louisville.

This home is just wonderful! It's comfortable, relaxing, nicely decorated, extremely clean, great communication and close to everything that's bourbon, food, Derby and shopping. We had three couples staying at this location. We had plenty of room. We had everything to make our meals. We had plenty of room for entertaining guests grilling outside and playing games. Highly recommend!

Has Everything You Need!

We had a wonderful trip to Louisville! The home was perfect and had everything that three couples could need on a long weekend trip. We were greeted with a nice note and a large bowl of snacks. Everything was super clean and easy to find. A beautiful area out back to enjoy an evening around the fire-pit. Coffee for in the morning was an added plus. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Wonderful place!

Beautiful home near downtown

We traveled to Louisville with our electric bikes to enjoy the bourbon trail and horse racing. This home was perfect for three couples. We easily ubered to Churchill Downs and biked two miles to downtown and across the river to Indiana. We walked to coffee shops and a great restaurant just a few blocks away. The home has a wonderful back patio and a nice front porch so you can enjoy shade or sun in the morning and evening.

My wife and I travel a lot but have never written a review. The reason I am writing one this time is that it is extremely unusual that a property you rent is even nicer than how it was represented online.A few thoughts: it is even bigger than it looks and already looks spacious, there is great attention to detail to make your stay enjoyable, there was firewood and nice chairs provided for the fire pit, all nice and newer furniture, beds are extremely comfortable, and the owners responded to questions faster than anyone I have ever seen… Literally within 30 minutes or less every single time.This property is also extremely well located in a safe neighborhood within a 5-10 minute walk of a fun area with restaurants, shops, etc. We spent a lot of our three day trip walking the area even at night and always felt perfectly safe and if you want to go further, Uber and Lyft are both readily available which we used also.We traveled with two other couples who we have literally been all over the world with on trips, and all six of us gave it a five star rating and if there was such a level for value, we would have given it a 5. It’s seldom I would ever say this, but if this is in the geographic area you are looking, look no further and rent this property. Good performance deserves accolades, which is why I took the time to write this.

Long weekend in Louisville

This house was amazing. It has been updated with luxury ammenities.The kitchen was filled with everything you could possibly need to prepare meals and entertain your group. The backyard has a firepit and multiple seating options. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and smart TVs. Our group of 6 had plenty of room to relax in this spacious house. It is conveniently located close to many dining options in the heart of the Highlands.

Beautiful, spotless, well decorated functional house. We had a family of 3 (all adults) stay for a weekend. The beds were comfortable, location was perfect, kitchen was well stocked, clean & organized. Owners were easy to contact & replied promptly. Thank you for sharing your house with us.
