This newly remodeled, 4 bedroom, 2 full-bath, 1 half-bath home is the perfect place for multiple families or friends traveling together. The house sits on over 1 acre in a private gated neighborhood of Kahakai Estates and comfortably sleeps 10 people. As you drive down the beautifully landscape driveway, you’ll notice a huge open area to park 3 cars comfortably. Self check-in into the home 24/7 with the provided lock code. The home features an open living area, a large chef’s kitchen, and a dining space with vaulted ceilings, all with a view of the blue Pacific ocean beyond.

The main living room has enough space for the entire family to lounge and catch a movie or their favorite streaming shows (we provide Netflix) on the 70" 4K TV. On the right side on the living room, is the private Master suite with a King bed, a Casper Mattress, a 32” TV, with access to the side yard and a view of the ocean. Ensuite is the walk in closet and the master bathroom with double sinks, walk-in double shower, toilet, and an extra large soaking bath tub.

On the left side of the living room is the laundry room and the half bath. Further down the hallway is the 2nd bedroom with a King bed with Tempurpedic mattress and 43” TV. The 3rd bedroom has two Queen beds with Casper mattresses and another 50” Samsung 4K TV, so it is perfect for multiple adults or kids. Adjacent to the 3rd bedroom is a full bathroom. As you enter through the main entrance, on the right side is the 4th bedroom with a full-size bunk bed, a working desk and chair, and a kids play area with lots of toys. The house also features a central A/C with a Nest thermostat.

From the living room, step through the patio doors and enjoy with friends/family on the spacious 1200 sq.ft. of covered lanai space. The lanai features a large comfortable seating area to having evening mai tai’s and cocktails. We also have an outdoor dining table and outdoor BBQ grill. Just beyond the lanai lies our huge, 12 solar panel heated 40 ft x 18 ft infinity edge, salt-water swimming pool and a heated hot tub with jets. The salt water pool ensures you don’t smell of chlorine after taking a swim. Chaise lounge seating with umbrellas can be found for relaxing or catching some sunshine. To enjoy the pool we've provided a range of pool toys and floats.

If you’re in the mood for enjoying some Hawaiian tropical fruits - mangoes, starfruit, oranges, grapefruit etc. head on down to our huge orchard and pick them yourself or your little ones fresh from the trees.

When you're ready to hit the sandy beaches, the closet in the hallway is stocked with everything you'll need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, rolling ice chest, sand toys for the little ones and enough snorkel gear in various sizes for the whole family. There are plenty of local beaches to explore during your time here in Hawaii. For eating out, all the nice restaurants and shops are a 5 mins drive to town along the famous Ali'i drive where the Ironman race starts.

The house is fully stocked and ready for you to just check-in and enjoy. We provide all the bath towels, beach towels and linens that you'll need for your stay. The kitchen features professional-grade appliances, All Clad cookware, fully stocked kitchenware and supplies, such as paper towels, dish soap and a fresh sponge to make you feel at home. In the pantry you’ll also find essentials like a Coffee pot, a Keurig, Instant Pot cooker and an electric griddle. The laundry room is set with laundry detergent and dryer sheets, and each bathroom has bottles of hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper. If you're traveling with a little one, we also provide a foldable crib with a mattresses, fresh crib sheet and a high chair. In addition, we have a pack n’ play with a separate mattress which can double up as a small crib for a new born if your family requires one. Workout weights, yoga blocks & mats, iron, and hairdryer essentials are also available for your use.

If you need to stay connected to work or school during your stay, we've provide a working desk and a chair with a 1000 Mbps (1 Gig) high speed fiber connection connected to 3 Google Nest WiFi access points for amazing coverage throughout.
