The home had everything we needed. It's in a very safe place, and we were able to park in front of building most of the time.Everything was close by, and no matter what time you went somewhere there's absolutely no traffic congestion.We have family that we came to see, and they say this is a great area.We thought the bed was to soft for us. And when we sat on the edge to get in we kind of sink.The kitchen was very nice with plenty of everything.We enjoyed the coffee a lot. Appliances were very up to date.Bathroom was very nice, had everything you will need.I would suggest parking in back when you arrive.It's much and quicker to get to your room. As elevator is next to back door.Tv shows well, and the place was spacious with plenty of room for us.We know we will be back to visit our family again. And we will stay here in a New York minute.We gad a great time fishing as well, you can fish anywhere. Also we notice anywhere you go parking is free. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Stay Here

You will not regret a stay in this condo. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and comfortable. There is a lovely view toward Baylor from the living space and a nice quite, dark and comfortable bedroom. It is walking distance to the riverfront, downtown area attractions and lots of good food options. And if you find you need to get out of this great space for a minute, the Fabled Bookshop is just steps away from the building front entry. Property management is excellent. We will be staying with them again!

It was as great love the windows and everything about this place when we first got their didn’t understand the elevator their is 2 and one goes to the 4th and then u get out go around the corner to the second one and then the 5 and 6 floor is or u go the back way and go to the 5th floor we didn’t know that at first and we had to call and get the door code to the front door down stairs because we thought it was 503 but it wasn’t but called and they helped us out thew all that so that was ok just wanted someone to have a heads up unlike us lol but it was a good time

Beautiful-Easy stay

This was our second time staying at the Berhen lofts and it has never disappointed . Check-in is a breeze. Wonderful location with the silos/restaurants near by. We will for sure be staying at the Behrens again.

This place was great! It had everything I needed, and the location was perfect for me since I needed close access to the airport. The sound of the train wasn’t an issue at all. I truly appreciated the parking spot—we parked in the lot on the corner, so we could see our car right out the window.The living space was wonderful, with modern appliances, a cozy vibe, a comfortable bed and pull-out bed, a double sink (always a winner), and a setup that made it easy to work remotely. The window view was perfect for watching sunrises and sunsets, as well as for seeing Baylor University. We even used the gym. I highly recommend this place!

Weekend Get-a-way

The condo was excellent in every way possible. We decided to have a quick weekend trip to Waco from our home in Spring, TX. We were able to walk to the Silo’s, great food, and the Baylor Campus which is beautiful. My wife found amazing shopping nearby and I was have to find a sports bar next door. Win-Win. The bed was amazing, and they had everything a space

Right at home

We had a great trip to Waco and this loft was the perfect location. We could see the Silos lit up at night from our window. We had everything we needed and parking was never an issue. We loved the decor and overall feel of Honeybear Haven. Would definitely stay again & highly recommend!!

PERFECT

Honey Bear Haven was PERFECT! If I could give this rental 10 stars - I would. This is our 3rd VRBO and this is the BEST one yet! It will be hard to find one to top it. I will recommend this location to anyone and if we make it back to Waco...we will be staying here. Thank you for a wonderful stay; we didn't want to leave.

This has been by far the best place I have ever stayed anywhere!! It’s in the perfect location walking distance from everything I wanted to see. Parking was easy!! The place itself was above what I was expecting!!! It has everything one should need while traveling. Loved that I could control the temperature is a huge thing! All in all I would stay here any time I could while visiting Waco!!!

Conveniently located

There was so much to do within walking distance of our property. Very well updated and cared for! The only thing I would change is the outlets in the bathroom are not very practical for a hair dryer and heating element(like curling iron) at the same time. Other than that, it was perfect!

Great Getaway

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. All of our trip itineraries were within walking distance. Which made it more enjoyable. We loved all the attention to details given by our host. It truly made this vacation all the better. Will come back for future trips ❤️

Anniversary trip

We arrived to a very nice and safe property that was located within walking distance to the Magnolia Market area. The apartment was very nicely decorated with comfortable furnishings. It was a great sized placed for the 2 of us. The whole place was extremely quiet and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view was remarkable! We would recommend this property to anyone! We hope to be able to visit here again in the near future.

Awesome Loft

Anniversary Trip

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed in. The location was great and we were able to walk to many of the attractions we wanted to see. I hope it will be available on our next trip to Waco. I highly recommend this location it was very clean and the decor was absolutely beautiful, we may take some of your decorating ideas back home with us
