Modern Downtown Domicile-Heart of Downtown Waco-Steps To The Silos

Our condo in the historic Behrens building, and just a short walk from Magnolia Market, Dr. pepper Museum, Waco Suspension Bridge, and only a mile from Baylor’s campus. The building was built by the Clifton family for the Behrens Drug Company in 1913. It was a fire-proof, concrete structure constructed to provide ample working space for employees and to keep them safe. In the 1990s it was converted to loft living spaces.

The condo is located in downtown Waco and within walking distance of The Silo District and some of the best restaurants & shopping Waco has to offer. If you are interested in activities around Baylor University like McLane Stadium, Texas Ranger Hall Of Fame & Museum, Texas Sports Hall Of Fame, you can take the shuttle that picks up just two blocks from the building. If you are bringing children, we highly recommend the Mayborn Museum or the Cameron Park Zoo.

Our condo has most everything you would have at your own home. A fully stocked kitchen, coffee makers, new appliances, comfortable beds, cozy living space and a great view of the Silos

What a wonderful abode. Our Waco weekend getaway was spectacular, thanks to this Behren loft :) The Silos, Dr. Pepper Museum, cute shops and cafes, were in walking distance, so we didnt have to worry abt parking! Waco Mammoth excavation site, Museum, and Cameron Park were close by via car. The best surpose, waking up to a beautiful sunrise from the balcony. The hosts keep the kitchen well-stocked. The bedrooms were comfortable for our family of 6. The washer/dryer was a great plus! We enjoyed the living space, playing board games, enjoying movie night, just as much as the town experience. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay. The location was perfect to walk to shops, restaurants, and Magnolia. Being in a loft you could hear others occasionally but the host had sound machines provided for a great night sleep. The communication with host was the best I have had from a VRBO host. I would highly recommend.

Perfect city escape

My best friend and I loved staying at the modern downtown condo. It was clean, cozy with games and snacks for us. The owners communicated excellent. The beds were very comfortable and clean and they had sound machines in each room which I appreciated. The home was quiet and easy to navigate. We did a lot of walking to the local shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Great little loft

Stayed here with my wife and daughter while we checked out Baylor. Not a huge space but it was just right for the three of us. Daughter loved the triple bunks. Two full baths made getting ready a breeze. Easy to find. Conveniently located. Artsy industrial feel to the building was unlike any other place we’ve stayed. It was cool.

Great location!

Our family visited Waco and could not have been happier with this apartment and its location. It was a great size for our family four, and we walked to restaurants and Dr. Pepper museum and other sights. Hosts were very nice, responsive and made check in/out a breeze. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beautiful

What a great condo. I have nothing bad to say. Location was perfect. The silos were right down the street. We could walk everywhere. The loft is well done. I was surprised how quiet it was except for the random sound of water through the plumbing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Wonderful

Our stay was wonderful! I had a girls trip with my mother, daughter and her friend. We were impressed with the furnishings, especially the beds and pillows! So comfortable! The lofts are perfectly located. We were able to walk to the Silos and dinner.

What's Not to Love?

The location is 5 mins from Baylor and attached to the wonderful Fabled Bookstore. Easy parking spot and overflow parking right across the street. Love the decor, great utilization of space, clean comfy spaces, and the overall care, communication, and attention from the owners and property managers. Very nice that the owners share this property with all of us! Will return!

Walking distance to a lot of fun

Despite being downtown, this location was quiet! Walking distance to the Silos, Cameron Park, the suspension bridge. Lots to do and eat in the area. Be sure to check out Fabled, the adorable bookshop in the same building!

Cozy Condo

Convenient to all things downtown with the ability to walk to shops and restaurants. This condo is nicely decorated, clean, cozy, and felt like home. Great care is taken to ensure you have everything you need. We loved being able to do some cooking and enjoyed the little Juliet balcony to access outside. Wonderful place and would definitely stay again!

Adorable!

This place was perfect for our girls get away! Close to shopping downtown, Spice Village, and Silos. My sister and I shared a room and our girls slept in the bunks and they loved them! The owner was quick to reply when we had to run back after checkout because my daughter had left her earrings. Very pleasant experience!

Perfection!... well definitely stay again❤️

From arrival to departure everything was wonderful. The communication and instructions were perfect. The pics were exactly how the place was. Our family enjoyed just hanging at the condo as much as we did when we ventured out. The beds were comfy, sheets fabulous, and the convenience of a full kitchen and laundry was priceless. Oh wait... did i mention the location! We were able to venture out on foot several times and enjoy the weather. I cant say enough. Wonderful place and great hosts.

Great location for Baylor move-in!

Very comfortable, clean and centrally located to Baylor and easily walkable to the Silos and area boutiques. We felt very at home here and very safe. Easy to park and very attentive property managers. We would happily stay here again! Thank you!

Beautiful condo in a great location

This condo has everything. Well stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds and you can’t beat the location. We walked everywhere we needed to in Waco. The hosts were always in touch asking us if we need anything, etc. Love the communication! Would definitely stay again.
