Come enjoy quiet evenings relaxing on the back porch, tie your boat directly to the cabin for a late-night boat ride or an early morning fishing trip. Spend the day golfing, hiking, geocaching, ziplining or visit the shell beach at Guntersville State Park.
Alabama conservation released 91 young bald eagles into the wild near Guntersville in the 1980s. Now, Guntersville has one of the largest groups of bald eagles in the country and can often be spotted in the skies over the lake.
Our cabin is conveniently located to Guntersville's many water-accessible downtown attractions such as the new City Harbor, Big Mikes Steak house, The broken egg, Wentzell's, Legends on the lake, and Top of the river.
Guntersville is well known for largemouth bass fishing and hosts several large fishing tournaments each year as well as a wake board competition and power boat races. Boat/jet ski rentals are available at the marina with Guntersville Boat rentals.

Relaxing Time

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. We walked to dinner one night. We loved being able to fish off the back porch and enjoyed just being together and outside.

Great getaway spot

This place was really amazing and had fun floating on the back porch watching the fish and turtles come up. Next time I'm bringing a fishing rod.

Unique Stay

First time to this area. Many hotels and cabins avaliable. This is the only one actually on the water. It's essentially a house boat so small like an RV. But very clean, nicely decorated and fully equipped. Can fish off the back deck. Also well located to explore the area. Would stay again.

Loved the cabin. And the back porch right over the water. Every thing went good. Lot of boats. And the waves. Rocked the cabin alot. But was. To b expected. Water was high. Made fishing perty tough. But over all. Had a good time and enjoyed our stay. And hopefully b back again in near future

Nice Cozy Cabin

We stayed for a long weekend and had a wonderful time. The location is great. We walked to Wintzell's for dinner our first night and had a wonderful meal. The next day we rented a pontoon for the afternoon and explored Lake Guntersville. Spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the lake, watching the cranes, ducks and turtles. We even saw an eagle. Great place to stay.

The condo is wonderful. We always have the most relaxing time and of course catch a lot of fish. When the neighbors are there we love sitting and talking with them.

Perfect Floating Cabin

Perfect floating cabin for our first time in Guntersville!! We loved the location, the uniqueness of the place, and the cabin itself was perfect for the 2 of us to enjoy our anniversary weekend! It was quiet, the weather was perfect and we couldn't have asked for a better place.

Cozy Cabin

We really enjoyed our stay at the floating cabin . My husband is from Kenya Africa and he caught his first bass . He was so excited . Our neighbors Mr.Butch and his wife showed us some great southern hospitality! We will be back soon ! Thanks George for allowing us to stay at your place ! Such a beautiful place

Reunion/anniversary weekend. It was great!

Everything was nice and new and clean. I loved all of the modern decor. However, if you jump in to go, swimming, remember to plan a way to climb back up! A friendly neighbor, loaned me his ladder!

Amazing Host!

I really enjoyed my time at the lake the cabin was so relaxing and clean the decor gave it the extra touch to feel like a cabin. I stay here from mother's Day weekend it was a piece of mind needed ! I enjoyed floating and relaxing the wind and weather was perfect people were out in their boats even the neighbors were great! Great investment!

Anniversary get away

Property was immaculate on check in, which was a very painless process. The location and proximity to restauraunts was awesome. The best part was walking out the back door and fishing right off the porch. We have already recommended this property to friends. Will definitely stay again.
