This cozy log cabin is conveniently located near Seven Springs, Hidden Valley, Ohiopyle State Park & Fallingwater.

The log cabin is situated on a quiet lane along Poplar Run.
Features: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, spacious living room, large kitchen, deck, outdoor seating, fire pit, pond.

Detached guest house available April - October for additional fee. Please inquire if interested. It features a queen bed, kitchenette & 1 bathroom.

Stunning property! Everything about our stay was perfect. The location is wonderful. The home was even more impressive in person than the photos. It was extremely well stocked for all of our cooking needs and I was even able to Instacart an aldi order for some last minute food items I needed! Will definitely stay again!

Great experience! Had a lot of fun with our adult kids and our grandkids! House was very nice and clean and the owners made us feel very welcomed! Close to a golf course, petting zoo and Ohiopyle park. Great time!

Beautiful renovated log cabin

We absolutely loved staying here and would return! The property is well maintained, clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. We stayed in December and had light snow. It was very picturesque and serene. Great for a couple's getaway, and plenty of space for a family trip with kids.

Cute Cozy Cabin!

We loved our stay here. What a charming place. I was very surprised how comfortable the hosts have made a nearly 100 year old cabin! Everything was very clean and the host had very thoughtful items and comforts for guest use. The mattresses were all comfortable. Both inside and outside spots to enjoy. We would be back. Highly recommend this stay- the location alone is very convenient to several local attractions. I think this spot would be great anytime of the year!

Family Thanksgiving

We had a small family Thanksgiving weekend at this charming cabin. It was perfect, mix of modern and vintage decor and the host was very easy to contact and work with. Planning on returning for a repeat stay soon!

Perfection

This is one of the Top 5 VEBO properties we’ve stayed in, and we’ve stayed in a lot. Perfect location, comfortable beds, chef’s kitchen, outdoor space for adults and kids, and extremely responsive hosts. We will definitely be back!

College Friends Meet Again

We all loved this log home in the woods. It was a perfect Location for visit of Frank Lloyd Wright, falling water and Kentuck knob. We enjoyed a campfire at night and had everything we needed

This cabin is absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean, really nice decor, many extras but I don't want to ruin all the surprises so I will stop there. You will be happy you stayed here!

Beautiful cabin

Where do I begin? The cabin is beautifully furnished and decorated like a home with incredible antiques. The linens and towels were plush. Every little detail was thought of. The grounds were large and private. I can’t say enough. We will definitely be back.

This getaway was even greater in person!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- the host has thought of everything one might need, and then some! Just 100% delightful! The location is tucked away, but still close enough to a grocery store and some restaurants. It is perfectly located for visiting places throughout the Laurel Highlands. The cabin was exceptionally clean and the host was great to communicate with. I hope we can return again someday!

Beautiful cabin!

Very impressed!!! This cabin is beautiful! It’s spacious enough for my entire family and it’s so clean! Ashley provides all the necessities you will need for your stay! She’s also great at communicating if you have any questions (like where did she get the porch furniture- it was so comfy)! We will definitely be back next year!

It's like staying at a five star hotel

This place has everything you need. You forgot something, it's there. If you think it might be there, it's there. It's like being home but being on vacation at the same time. Very clean, very comfy and cozy. This was our second time and we'll be looking forward to our next time! And the owner is very responsive if you ever need anything. Also very quiet.

Charming and Convenient

We recently stayed at this charming cabin for a ski trip and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The location was perfect, just 20 minutes from both Seven Springs and Hidden Valley resorts. This made it incredibly convenient. The cabin was situated in a beautiful setting, close to the ski resorts and surrounded by nature. Each morning we watched saw deer from the breakfast table and the stream running through the property created a truly relaxing environment. Despite its rustic charm, the cabin was well-equipped with all the modern conveniences we needed for a comfortable stay. We were so impressed with the cabin that we're already planning a return trip for the summer!

Better than expected

As soon as we walked in we realized it was much better than we expected, and even better looking than the pictures online. Everything was neat and exactly where it should be. While we were there we realized we forgot a couple little things and realized she had everything a normal house would have and need. She even had a lot of extra things like toiletries and bathroom supplies that you would not even think about seeing in a place like this. It was just like home away from home. It had everything we needed and more. Will definitely stay here again, thank you so much for offering this wonderful home to us.

The most amazing stay ever!!

It was perfect from start to finish. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Anything we needed, we found. The attention to detail was amazing. The main house was spacious and so comfy and cozy! We ate all of our meals there and everything we needed was there and easy to find…even containers for leftovers!! Plenty of towels for all of us and the beds were all super comfy. We had age ranges from 1-78 and EVERYONE had a wonderful stay. There was a fire pit with lights all around it and even logs/twigs ready to start!! There were also string lights that came on at night making the beautiful rustic cabin even cozier! The guest house sits on the stream and it was so amazing. The kids loved playing in the stream and the waterfall over the window in the guest house was unbelievable!! Sitting on the balcony above the stream was like Heaven!! I am hoping to get back again…maybe in the winter! I am sure it would be amazing then, too. I cannot recommend this place enough. It really was perfect!!!!

WONDERFUL and COZY RESPITE!

This property is so unique and quiet and wonderful. My family (6 adults, one 2-year old, 2 dogs) stayed for the weekend. Property was very roomy for all of us, and yet so cozy. Very quiet...even though there are somewhat close neighbors, rhodies and trees seclude this great cabin. Loved the creek close by, too. So neat that the cabin was established in 1927! Incredibly clean and impeccaable amenties...towels, linens, complimentary toiletries, teas, coffees, very nicely equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and even dog dishes for the pooches! Eating area was a little tight for all of us, but cabin was so wonderful we didn't mind. Hosts had great communication for entering the cabin and staying. We would've LOVED to use the guest house, but understandably it was closed for winter. Also firepit area outside was very nice, but again too chilly to use. Very easy to get to 7 springs and hidden valley...only about 20 minutes away. Will DEFINITELY rent again! Thank you Ashley for sharing your wonderful home with us! Absolutely LOVED it!! PS...loved the unique home decorations, sooo neat!

Relaxing Stay with a "PYLE" of Nearby Activities

We were a group of 8 came together for a family reunion for a 4 night stay. We also rented the smaller second cabin over the river. Kitchen and baths are well appointed with amenities. The front porch is a great place for contemplation or post activity relaxation with the sound of the nearby river/stream that is feet away. There are 4 doors for coming and going, good for sneaking away if needed. There was room for 3 trucks and 2 cars for parking. The back deck gets terrific afternoon sun. The fire pit area has plenty of space. The gardens are pretty and well maintained. The massage chair in the second cabin was a delight for sore muscles after adventuring at near Ohiopyle State Park and Laurel Hill State Park. My husband caught plenty of wild trout with a fly rod n Confluence along the "Laurel Highlands Trout Trail". My brother had good bicycle rides on the GAP. Ashley was quick to respond to a few questions before the trip and during our stay. She obviously takes pride in this special 1927 log home that has been updated to fit all our current needs.
