Extremely clean! Lots of room and very comfy. Great location! Lots of fun things to do. We used the paddle board and that was a great time! Stocked kitchen!

Great place to stay

Very clean and beautiful home. Nice view of mountains & lake. Grandkids loved fishing and riding in peddle boat and kayak. Great place to stay!

Nice house and nice amenities. Kayaks and paddle boat were great. We had challenges with the property management company who didn't address issues we had with the hot tub and didn't communicate to the cleaning staff about our late check out.

Week of heaven!!

The house is beautiful and sits on a small lake, lots of birds, deer, and ducks. The house had everything especially in the kitchen r n which was fully stocked with basic cooking needs.Great place hope to go back soon.

Incredible views!

The home was clean and spacious and very comfortable for 8 adults. Furnishings and linens were of good quality and in good condition. The hot tub was relaxing and looked out over the lake. Deck furniture was nice and plentiful. Probably the best stocked kitchen we have seen in VRBO lodging!

Weekend getaway

The home was wonderful! The beauty of the lake and the mountains was amazing. The access to the kayaks and paddle boat was so much fun and we used them everyday! The home was a great size for the 7 of us and was stocked with everything we needed! We would definitely stay here again! And likely will!

Excellent!

This house is wonderful! Plenty of room for everyone (5 people) to be comfortable, well-equipped with everything that most rental properties are missing, great location to ski at Wolf Creek, comfortable beds - everything was great and in excellent condition. We will definitely want to stay here again if we are ever in Pagosa Springs again.

A shout out to the early check-in accommodation! The beautiful kitchen had everything anyone would need. Place was very clean with plenty of towels and wash cloths. A repeat for sure.

The home was very lovely with amazing views. Home was very spacious for my large family. The master bathroom heat would not turn off no matter how much we tried to turn down the thermostat.

Excellent home

Very spacious, ample supplies provided, and excellent extras. All the comforts and conveniences of home in a beautiful neighborhood. We all loved the kayaks and supply of board games and puzzles. These hosts have put a lot of thought and care into this home. They went the extra mile and we appreciated it!

It’s nice for a big group.

The amount of space inside and out is fantastic. The kids had a great time on the lake and playing in the spacious living room. We were able to turn out some great meals in that kitchen and some awesome game nights at the table. There were some cleanliness issues we ran in to so I would suggest that you check all the linens and look under the beds upon arrival. Overall it was a good trip and the location was great.

Perfect place for family fun!

There was plenty of room for 8 people. Unless you have 2 young ones that don't mind sleeping on the pull out sofa downstairs, room for 10. The lake was fun with the kayak's. We were able to see the Balloon festival from the back yard. It is very quiet and very cozy. Has everything you need and more! The house was stocked with all of the kitchen supplies you need, many blankets and pillows, more than enough towels!

Family Christmas

This house was perfect for our family Christmas vacation! Great neighborhood, lots of space for kids to play, all of us to stay, and enough seats at the table for us all of us to eat together! We cooked most meals at the house, the kitchen was great. We really enjoyed skiing during the day, and even practiced skiing with the young kids in the front yard before they went up the mountain for the first time. House is also baby friendly, there was a pack and play in the master closet. Thank you for such a memorable trip!

Wonderful Retreat

This is a wonderful home, stocked with the basics, very clean, and beautiful location. The large kitchen was great for our big group, the bbq came in handy, and the extra chairs allowed us to sit together at dinner as a family. So much to do, fishing, kayaking, paddle boating, or simply relax in the hot tub. The rooms are very large and allowed each of us our own space. It was such a comfortable, nice home in the perfect spot. We could not have asked for a better rental for our family of 10! (The Pagosa Lakes Recreation Center was really helpful with the fishing licenses.)

Amazing!

The house was beautiful and very roomy. The view from the backyard was amazing (the lake was right off the backyard). The amenities were great. They had plenty of plates, glasses and spices, large kitchen and dining table, and more. There was seven of us (friends), and everyone absolutely loved the place, we were able to drink coffee on the back porch in the morning. We had wine at night. We used the fire pit one night (you can buy wood at Walmart) We would definitely go back to this place. Thank you.

Good stay

Property was not mowed when we got there and the garbage dumpster was full of trash when we arrived. Also a bathroom door knob was falling off.

Loved Lake Life

We enjoyed our time at the lake house. Kayaking right out the backyard was the highlight. Cleanliness and communication with the rental company were the lowlights. The house had plenty of space for our group of nine. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with the basics for cooking. A closet filled with games to play. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would stay here again, but would bring eye masks because not all the windows have blinds to allow you to sleep past the sunrise.
