Beachfront Bahamian Condo that is nestled directly on a secluded beach in Grand Bahama. Groundfloor unit, which makes it easy to walk out of your French doors and explore the grounds.

Tyne Beach is a beautiful slice of paradise that cannot be accurately captured in photos. It is a short drive from the airport or ferry terminal. The condo is situated on the part of the island where you can enjoy stunning sunrises and sunsets.

This fully equipped condo offers an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, lounge chairs, cooking supplies, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, local cable TV, beach towels, and golf club sets.

Just as in the pictures. Great beach, quiet. The apartment is the perfect size.: two bedrooms with two bathrooms, nice terrace. Over all, very nice.

Bahamas Family Vacation

We had a group of 10 people. We rented 3 ground floor units. All of them were very nice. Private beach is beautiful and it was nice having a pool too. Close proximity to stores and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Waterfront Stay!

My partner and I wanted a getaway that was relaxing and a walk to the beach and this was the perfect place for just that! Grocery store and food was nearby. The property was clean and had everything we needed and more!

Our home away from home

We are in Freeport at least twice a year and always stay on Tyne Beach. This was our first time in unit 105 and it was lovely and most importantly of all, clean. Of course the private beach is wonderful and mostly always empty. Our 2 Boston terriers love it. The washer and dryer seemed brand new and I’ll never stay in another unit without them:). We will be back!

Beautiful property right by the water on a quiet and private beach. The apt comes with all the amenities and it’s close to a small grocery store. Really no reason to leave! Jennie was the nicest and Yvoungar the friendliest host!

Our Anniversary Trip

We absolutely loved the property. It has immediate access to a secluded beach area. The property manager was extremely helpful and considerate. If guests have any issues or concerns, the property manager is willing to help any way possible about events/attractions on the island. The property was very clean and neat. We would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to travel to the Bahamas!

Amazing get away!!

The condo was amazing, the beach was better than i expected and the view was perfect. I could not have asked for a better vacation.Everything you need for a perfect stay is in the condo. Plus, a grocery store is nearby and really good eating places in walking distance if you don't mind walking. Will return one day for sure hopefully with friends, but if not by myself again. Can't say enough words to describe how relaxing and peaceful this place was. Even the people who live in the condos were great. Thanks again Jennie for all your help and Yolanda was a huge help as well. Thanks again. (Stayed 12/25/2024 to 1/1/2025)

Great Week!

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Beach just out the back door and only saw 1-2 people the whole week. Airline canceled our flight Saturday morning starting the stay, but owner worked with us and was able to stay 2 extra days to make the full 7 day stay. Condo was fully stocked, only had to buy food. There is a Costco-like place near airport (if bring a large group). Brad's Car Rental (suggested by owner) was a great place to get a car for week. Drove all around Island and was able to go to most of beaches. Gold Rock Beach is a must, plan to spend most of day. Would definitely stay again. Thanks!

Beautiful

We enjoyed our relaxing time spent in this beautiful condo. So nice to walk out the back door to the quiet private beach with clear pristine water perfect for swimming and snorkeling. The condo is just as listed. Comfortable clean furniture in living room and all bed rooms. Kitchen supplied with nice dishes and plenty of cookware. Especially enjoyed sitting on the patio. Close the grocery stories and restaurants. We found the people of Freeport to be friendly and most helpful. The host of this condo is approachable and willing to assist to make our stay a wonderful vacation. Highly recommend.

This condo was perfect! The location was about 20 mins from the main areas but it gave you quiet. The gaited community was very personable. With being on the ground floor, you had less than a 5 min walk to the beach. If you were done with the beach, you had the pool to go to. It is very close to a marina, so you were able to see all sorts of boats. The beach was very clean and even in high tide, you could walk out a good ways but still be able to touch the bottom. Ms. Woods, the house manager, was always a phone call away. The kitchen in fully stocked with kitchen ware. You will need to bring extra paper products and money for the coin laundry machine that is onsite. Bring detergent to wash your towels at the end of your stay, they do not do that for you. Would I go back? YES! The price is right and the location is perfect for me when traveling.
