We enjoyed the home. It was peaceful & relaxing. It was close to the football stadium which was really helpful. It was nice having a gas grill there so we could cook at the house instead of going out. We couldn’t find a lot to do in the area which was fine we just chilled at the house. The weather didn’t cooperate for us to do more than stick our feet in the pool.

The house was perfect for our needs. We didn’t have time to do any cooking while there but the kitchen appears fully equipped. The outdoor space is great and we enjoyed the pool and hot tub after a couple long hot days. The house is in a great location and convenient to downtown and not far from the beaches. Will stay here again hopefully!

Great house for a family weekend

Visited for graduation weekend. Slept 5 of us very comfortably. The house is well equipped and clean. Location was perfect. We loved the pool and backyard area. Will book again for sure.

Amazing Rental

Loved our stay at this adorable home. Super close to concert venue. Had everything we needed and Owner was awesome. The AC went out at night during our stay and the repair service was out early the next AM. Only wish would have been if beach towels had been available. Will absolutely be back next year!!!

Great property in an ideal location!

We had to move out of our house for about two months while it was undergoing renovations, and this property was an ideal place to stay. The home is cozy, beds comfortable, neighborhood peaceful and safe, and our cats loved hanging out in the sunroom windows all day long. We also took full advantage of the beautiful outdoor space, heated pool, and hot tub. If we had any issues, the property manager, Todd, was very nice, responsive, and helpful with replacements or repairs (even getting and installing a new dishwasher). He went out of his way to check on us regularly and make sure there weren't any issues that needed to be addressed. We loved how close the home was to San Marco and all the restaurants and shopping there. Highly recommend if you want a home away from home.

Cute Place

PROS: Cute, safe neighborhood (I went for solo evening strolls and felt very safe), wonderful pool/hot tub and they let us invite over a few of my family members to grill and enjoy it, easy access to the highway, clean, comfy bed, lots of natural light, Publix just five minutes away, delightful host who's very responsive. CONS: This is more for my fellow allergy sufferers... the bathroom with a shower had mold all over the ceiling which they said they were going to address so hopefully it's gone now (I didn't want to risk mold spore spread during our stay with my allergies so we just closed the room off; I'm sure they would have addressed it sooner had we asked). And while there's a strict no dog policy, there's dog signs/dishes so there must be one that stays periodically as a non-guest --- don't know if it was the mold or the dog dander or the heavily scented laundry detergent, but my face and neck were fully rashed out all week --- if you don't have allergies; none of this probably matters for your stay (my husband was totally fine) and I would say there are no cons to this adorable pad otherwise!
