Beautiful Ocean Views from deck of this newly renovated 1-bedroom Ocean Villa at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis.



Enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean from the deck of this newly renovated 1 bedroom Ocean Villa that sleeps 6. Tiled floors throughout, quartz counter tops, open floor plan with a sleeper sofa, high top bar, new glass top stove. Elevator is close by and laundry room is across the hall from condo. Just steps from the beach where you can enjoy the largest pool on the beach in Hilton Head and beautiful beaches. Pool bar and cafe with live music during the summer, kids' activities, and Monday night movies at the pool. Private bedroom has a newer queen bed with private entrance to bath. There is a newer sleeper queen sofa in the living room and a set of bunks. The resort offers 8 tennis courts, 4 pickle ball courts, a fitness center, a playground, bike rentals, and 3 restaurants on site. Enjoy beautiful sunrises, long walks or biking on our fabulous beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. There is a banquet facility on site also for destination weddings or family reunions. Book now to enjoy the vacation you deserve.



Guests have access to beach, pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, gym, playground, charcoal grills on property and laundry room.

Guests have direct access to the beach, bike rentals, golf nearby. Some of the best restaurants are a short drive away and outlet shopping is about 7 miles.

Decent place for the money, a few maintenance issues (screen door was bent and all messed up, knob fell off the bedside lamp when I tried to turn it on). Resort isn't particularly nice (pool is big but often VERY crowded). Good enough if going on a tight budget (which we were).

Looking for a cute beachy place to stay this is a great option. The resort property was as advertised. Pool was never too crowded. Good drinks at Jamaica Joes. Close driving distance to nearly everything the island offers. The condo itself is exactly as pictured. Nautical and bright vibes for a fun getaway. Came with little things that made all the difference (extra linens, blankets, pillows). Easy drive from airport. A literal 6 min walk to a not overly crowded beach. Building C is the place to be!

Overall great condo

We stayed in this condo in June 2025 and had a good experience. The room was clean and has everything you need for a vacation. The view of the beach is the same as pictured. We enjoyed the on site restaurants a lot! Only downfall is it is a little walk from your room to the pool and beach otherwise great condo and location to restaurants and activities

Beautiful Condo

Our stay was fantastic. The condo was perfect and perfectly located by the beach. It has a wonderful pool and fun events for the kids to enjoy.

Wonderful vacation

We enjoyed our vacation and look forward to returning in the future. Our condo was clean, location to the beach was great, and the process of renting was very easy and accommodating. I would recommend for sure!

Great stay

We had a great stay. The room was great. Plenty of space for 2 adults and a toddler. Our child loved the bunk beds and was excited to sleep on the bottom bunk. Property was clean, great location, and comfortable. Super quick walk to the beach. We loved the resort. The kiddie pool and playground were the highlight of our toddlers trip. Having bike rentals on site is also a great plus, just make sure you rent as soon as you check in if you want to ride bikes on check in day as the bike rentals are only open 9am-5pm. Overall, the room and resort were exactly what we were looking for and we will be looking forward to our next stay!

We had a nice family vacation. Everything was clean. Close distance to the pool and beach. But, we had an issue of bad luck of leaving our beach supplies outside the door unit and all of our beach supplies were stolen sadly.. Overall the stay was good. Thank we will come again

Had a blast!!

We stayed Monday through Friday. The resort staff and security are friendly and helpful. There is a trolley stop at the resort entrance, which was nice for shopping and not having to worry about parking. Loved the pool and bar area after spending the day on the beach. Communication with owner was good, though we never really needed them, everything was as advertised.

Perfect first time on the island

Everything was wonderful during our first stay. Everyone on property was friendly. We were impressed by security checking car tags. We were always able to park close by even during a very busy holiday. The unit was nice and clean. Beach & pool access was convenient. Huge pool our daughter loved! We didn’t take advantage of the restaurants on property but we wish we had tried them. We would definitely choose this property again and will be recommending it to our friends.

Amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was excellent- so close to the pool (huge!) and beach. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It fit our family of 4 perfectly. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Family Getaway

Our stay was Great! It’s a bit small but we made it work. The bathroom wall next to the trash had poop or blood that I had to clean, but other than that everything else was cleaned. Nice area and friendly people we will be staying again but would need a 2 bedroom or larger space, 9/10 Great!!!
