Weekend beach trip

The condo was perfect for our trip. Just the right size for 3 of us and it had everything we needed. We love all the amenities at Beach and Tennis Resort too. It’s a quick, easy walk to the beach and the pool.

Keri was so great to work with! The condo was filled with all kinds of thoughtful and helpful things. From basic grocery items (salt and pepper, cooking oil, Pam Spray, coffee filters, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper plates) things you have to typically purchase, Keri has for you. Not to mention a wonderful coffee pot for both K cups and group coffee! We didn’t use the air fryer but what a nice appliance to have for families. The condo is comfortable and cozy

Great location and place for a small family trip!

I booked this property for me and my 2 young sons (7 & 5), and it was perfect for us! We absolutely LOVED the ability to pretty much walk right out on to the beach, and the pool was great too! The condo was just the size for what we needed, equipped with bunk beds for the kids and a kitchen to cook if you preferred to stay on the premises. The hosts are very responsive to questions and had things clean and stocked for us when we got there. We would definitely consider this property again when looking in Hilton Head!

Nice Place, Great Resort Amenities

We had a great stay. There were plenty of amenities within the resort that my daughter enjoyed. The condo being on the first floor was great because there are not many elevators to get to the upper floors. Park on the left-side of the building (when facing the water), there is more parking and a shorter walk to the condo.

Communication issues

The condo was great! However when we got there, there was no parking pass called in for us. Once that issue was resolved everything else was great! Very cute condo!

Convenient with Great Amenities

We enjoyed the proximity of the condo to both the beach and the pool. Multiple beach access sites with only a short walk. Two kids stayed on the hallway bunk beds and slept great! The kitchen was stocked with all cooking and eating utensils needed. One big plus is being on the first level- only a few stairs. We took advantage of the laundry room down the hall each day. The resort is also very close to Shelter Cove with shopping and dining. The host was also very responsive and helpful! Would recommend 10/10

Amazing!!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was amazing. A few steps and a boardwalk to the beach. We preferred using the other boardwalk so we could hop in the pool after the beach. I’d say it was a 2-3 minute walk to the beach from the room, depending on which boardwalk you chose. The condo was clean & had everything we needed. The host was easy to contact and checkin & checkout was a breeze. It actually slept 6 people… bedroom, bunk bed in the hall, and the couch pulled out. We only used the bedroom and it was comfy. Will definitely return!

Good location, close to both the pool, beach and charcoal grills. Condo was great as it had an air fryer and crockpot available and I didnt have to pack one for my kids. Look forward to returning.
