This beautifully remodeled studio apt comes fully equipped with all you might need to make your stay enjoyable and comfortable. Private entrance for guest.

Once you enter into my front yard, go to the left side of the stoop near the tall white fence, and the red frog, walk down the walkway to enter the studio. This space sleeps three comfortably, 1 Queen bed sleeps 2 people and a full-size sofa bed sleeps 1 person. Bed sheets , towels & wash clothes are all provided for guest.
We welcome short and long stays for leisure, business, couples, family/friends. Sometimes a good cup of coffee is all you need so we offers a Keurig, k-cups, creamers & sweetener to satisfy that need as you kick back, relax and enjoy your stay. A/C & heater. Extra amenities four wine glasses , wine bottle opener, first aid kit, mini bullet for smoothies, light refreshments, iPhone & galaxy chargers available, and a USB charger.
This gem offers a lot more amenities, including 4K Smart TV with fast & free Wi-Fi. We offer self check in with a keyless keypad. Security cameras on perimeter of the house only. We are conveniently located 5 minutes from JFK, 15 mins from LGA, 9 mins from LIRR, and less than 20 minutes from Citi Field, USB Arena, Resort Casino 10 minutes away, USTA 5.5 miles away. Two major highways 2 minutes away. The backyard area may be available upon request for guest to unwind and relax. Free street parking. Buses and trains near by. NO Smoking. NO Parties.

The guest will have a private entrance to the apartment. Guest will enter my front yard, step to the left near the tall white fence, and red frog, then walk down the walkway to enter the studio. The guest walkway/pathway has good lighting

Free street parking all around, near the park and on my block. Check in & out is made easy with a keyless key pad. Backyard may be available for guest to enjoy upon request; to sip some coffee, tea, water or wine to relax.
No Smoking. Guest have full access to our fully equipped studio and complete privacy inside the apartment.
Other things to note
NO Hookah, NO Smoking, NO E-Cigarettes, and NO Vaping.

We deep clean, sanitize, and disinfect EVERYTHING after each guest.
