Stay was great. Host was accessible when needed. Need new batteries in remotes but other than that the stay was great. It snowed and someone even came out and put down salt on the porch and walkways. We would stay here again if in town

Was in town for some work. My friends and i stayed here during our conference. Was very nice and had everything we needed.

The home has been renovated. It's a very spacious flat! It is in a nice part of town close to any amenities you could be looking for. I enjoyed going on morning runs & felt safe walking the dog late. The leasing mgr was always a text message away.

Overall, the apartment met our needs. Unfortunately, the code was wrong and it was very stressful getting into the property after a long day of travel. No working coffee pot, no hangers, and the door knob fell off, leaving us, locked out one day. When those things are fixed, it would be a great place to stay.It was quiet and the air conditioning worked Great! The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the patio.

Great stay!

Had a little bit trouble with the codes on the door. Very responsive and helpful! House was very clean. Loved the balcony. Very easy to locate and near everything in the city! 10/10 would recommend.

The gas was shut off at the meter for our stay. Gas ran water heater, furnace and stove. Night temperatures in low 40s. Only light blankets on bed and could not sleep due to not able to warm up or shower. Contacted number given for property first night of stay. They responded with they will get right on it. Next morning asked for follow up and was told it will be fixed shortly. Left property to visit St Louis and to warm up. Returned to property and still same issues but now it was worse. While we where out someone placed small room heaters throughout the rooms. That caused the back half of the property to blow a breaker and have no electricity. Then called property manager and explained the issue. She stated she did not know that was going on and will see what she can do. With a call back from her shortly after, she stated they have no available property in that area and she will be issuing a quick refund so we could find a near by hotel. It has been 2 weeks now and no refund. The property manager is not answering calls or responding to messages. VRBO help is also at a loss and not sure what they can do.

Beautiful place dirty dishes

Their was dirty cups in the cabinet then we went to cook and the pizza pans were dirty their was no tv cord in second bedroom so my brother in law had no tv in his room even tho he split the cost with us just inconvenient . And under master bed was dirty with flower petals and I sent pics of the broke stuff and dirty stuff we seen when we got their cause I don’t want charged for something we didn’t do

The location of property was great and everything was clean upon arrival. I am giving 3 of 5 stars for these reason: 1. We arrived to check in the first night very late so we didn’t get to bed until about 12:30 AM. That night the smoke detector in the living room went off at 4 AM for absolutely no reason. Which was borderline traumatic.2. We awoke the first morning after that incident in much need of some coffee.The Keurig coffee make was not working though. We could only get it to dispense hot water.3. Lack of towels. Would have been nice to have more than 3 towels.4. The top 3 button on the tv remote in the main bedroom did not work (power button, back button, home button). Had to turn on tv with power button on base of tv.
