Family style Kitchen : 2 large ovens , gas stove & steam oven, microwave and BARBECUE ! Nothing is "basic" here. There is everything you need for a large friend, family or small getaway. We do Disney groups, Soccer teams, Sky Divers, Boating teams, bridal & baby showers, Glen Ivy & Pechanga stays, Weddings, showers, work study, military traveling nurse, work groups, hosting soccer teams and their families and many more!
THE BEST PART! Relax and Swim in the calming Salt- water pool next to the candle-lit garden surrounded by a garden of tall palm trees, it's your own palm tree RESORT! Some say the spa was more than they expected. It seats 12-15 and is a swim spa. With relaxing water jets & lights and even a small waterfall , It IS exactly what a dream vacation should feel like with a new patio seating area, fire-table and spa. This is a DREAM!
Then, don't forget, tonight you'll have, your own private master suite and it has its own private jet bathtub, in your room sits your own chaise lounge chair. This a unique and beautiful and is such a large room, with 2 walk in closets, it also has a 65inch big screen TV. •Next to the master bedroom, there is a an additional private workout/ yoga space OR Optional set up 2 queen blow/up extra beds ($70) fee on each bed request). • 3 large rooms upstairs , ( with couch sleeps 2-Cal king sleeps 3, Queen beds, 2, and 1 couch. Cal King bedroom has adjacent bathroom. The other 2 rooms are gloriously set with Queen beds and another full sized bathroom with bathtubs. • Downstairs:
There are TWO Bedrooms & TWO bathrooms downstairs, ( sleeps 4 total downstairs ) both have full ADA access and also is a wonderful fully remodeled shower room with 3 showerheads lovely towel warmer.

There are 2 very large dining areas. 1 with seating for 8, the other for 4. There are 2 family rooms downstairs and theres even a make up area to get ready for any event. Each room has plenty of cozy pillows & blankets and even closet insets, so come and stay a while. Youll be happy you did!


Please keep in mind:
No DJ / Music equipment, 9pm outdoor quiet hours. (250 fine) not a "party" house
No unauthorized guests ( please state all of your guest because the base rate is up to 5, Its 55 per night after 5 guests for authorized guests, then it's 90$ per night ( each) for Unauthorized guests. If you have a family event/ large stay where part of your group is coming for part of the stay, message me and I will work with you on the pricing change, 1 partial day stay overs, visits etc are still considered guests and must be stated in reservation. • Our return guests are like family! We are central to Disneyland, Knotts & San Diego too!
•No specialty cashier Checks ,Wire or Western Union for payment , only VRBO payment system ( Credit cards , ATM & Debit only, they have several payment options available) no 3rd party booking. Important:
