Fabulous condo and excellent location
This condo is well-appointed with a light-filled, comfortable living and dining area. Everything is in excellent shape and the kitchen has good equipment and basic supplies. Each bedroom has good closet space and dressers (thank you)! The hot-tubs are only steps away in the center of the complex. The ski-in/ski-out is real. We just had to walk across the building's small parking lot to get to and form the slopes. Ideal!

Terrible!!!
I confirmed our booking at least 3 times before arrival. Asking for an early check in if possible. I explained we were traveling with an infant. I was told the day before check in that it would be around 4 pm due to the busy holiday season. We sat in the car in the parking lot waiting to get in. I called the rental office to ask for the code to get in and then was told that it would be more like 6:00 pm before we could get in. After a heated discussion they let us in and told us we would have deal with the dirty condo because it had not been cleaned!! And dirty it was. The heat in the condo was stuck on 76 degrees. The air conditioner did not work. The only way to get it cooled off was to crack the window. Our check out time was 10 am Brent the maintenance man came knocking on our door the next morning explaining there was a leak below us. Altering checking our bathroom he came back 2 more times while we were trying to take showers and leave. The worst place I have ever rented from a VRBO!! The management team were awful!!!!!

Excellent Place
The condo is great, well equipped and very spacious. Great about this. Internet speed was awful, really need to upgrade that They need to change the main bedroom mattress. No other issues About the location, just perfect In the morning you just grab your skis, one floor down, cross the street and you are at snowflake liftchair. On the way back ski down four O’clock run and finish at your parking just in front your condo. Grab your skis, 1 floor up and you’re done, so it’s really a ski in. Final comment, walls are very thing, so if you have a noise neighbor you will hear that a lot After all, I recommend it

Late season ski trip
Aside from staying right at the base of peak 7 or 8, this is probably the best location in town. The reason I’m giving this trip 3 stars is because we were locked out of our unit twice. First when we were trying to check in, the code send to us would not work and it took 5-10 minutes to get a new code. Second time was after we paid for the late checkout and came back with 30+ minutes to spare and the code wasn’t working again. Not a huge deal but just added unneeded stress to what overall was a great weekend.

Great access for in/out skiing
Overall, it was a suitable unit. Location is perfect for ski in/ out. Kitchen is very functional. Only thing that would make it better is more comfortable beds in both rooms. Bunk beds are very squeaky. Hot tubs are close by and we used them daily. Great week at Breckenridge!
