Davis Island Bungalow

Live like an islander in this original Davis Island Bungalow. It is beautifully furnished with a well stocked kitchen. It has wood flooring, tiling, and comfortably carpeted bedrooms. The bungalow has new stainless steel Whirlpool appliances, a screened in back porch, jacuzzi, an electric buggy, and 5 bicycles for you to ride anywhere on the island. The home has a large back yard and 3 patios with a BBQ grill. Take your family away for the weekend to Bush Gardens, Hyde Park Village, and River Walk Ferry.
The space is very cozy, you'll want to remove your shoes and relax on these nicely carpeted bedrooms and living. You must be 24 years old to book due to strict insurance guidelines. I am sorry we do not allow pets outside of service animals.

Absolutely wonderful stay !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect near restaurants and close to downtown Tampa. We are looking forward to going back !

Adorable House in a Great Community

Such a precious house in a great community! We never took the golf cart out just because of the rainy weather, but you could definitely take it to the local restaurants and we saw lots of others doing it. We were in town for a conference, so we didn’t have much time at the house but it was perfect for our long breaks and for coming together in the living room area before going to sleep. The host kept contact with me before and during our stay, and was very friendly and sweet. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if we make it back to the Tampa area!

Adorable Florida home!

Stayed for 5 nights in August as we were moving our son into the University. I was not familiar with Davis Island before this so I took a chance. We were pleasantly surprised with the area and location to everything. The home was absolutely perfect ! Exceeded our expectations! Fully stocked, very clean! Decorated to make you feel at home! Thank you! We will definitely return!

Lovely House

Lovely house in a nice neighborhood. Elisa was a pleasure to communicate with. The house had everything we needed plus some. It was fun to drive around the golf cart to the coffee shop and explore the beautiful island. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for your hospitality :)

Home Sweet Home!

We lived and raised our children 2 blocks down the street from here, so it was like coming home to us. The house was great and so was the golf cart. I could throw a rock and hit my BFFs house. We're coming back, no doubt. Elisa was so helpful to us. Thanks.

We stayed over New Years and the place was as described and pictured. Its a great location, easy to get all over Tampa. They had everything wwe needed for the sray and would recommend this location.

Charming

Girls weekend and we had a great stay. The beds were comfy, the house was perfect. So fun to have a golf cart for pedicures and morning coffee runs a few blocks away. Everything was perfect. Elisa checked in on us often and was great to communicate with. A perfect place.

Our daughter's wedding

Ideal property location for the wedding venue. Super clean home, wonderful amenities. We can't say enough great things about our experience there! Thanks again for hosting your home to us! Home away from Home

My husband and I came to the Tampa area to attend his work conference. We brought our 5 year old daughter with us. Our hostess was unbelievably gracious and welcoming!! The home was charming and lovely! Far cuter than even the pictures on the travel site!! Everything was perfectly appointed and well though out! We lacked for nothing during our stay. Our hostess had the home ready and waiting, with the lights on for our evening arrival. Their was a sand pail and shovel along with bubbles on the counter to entertain our little one. And an umbrella waiting by the front door, as the weather was inclement when we got in. So incredibly thoughtful!! We all felt so at home for the entirety of our stay. The location was ideal - minutes away from my husband’s conference in Tampa, the Aquarium, and a quick drive to the Zoo and Busch Gardens. The bungalow is located in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to the cute main street on Davis Islands, offering plenty of quaint restaurants, convenience stores, and coffee/bake shops. You could walk to these or use the adorable golf cart on property and feel like a local! My husband had previously only stayed in hotels, but was won over completely by this style of vacationing, after our trip to Davis Islands. The hostess and her adorable home truly set the benchmark for vacation rental properties! I wish everywhere we went was as inviting and accommodating! And I hope this home is available the next time that we are in the Tampa area!!

The Perfect House!

We fell in love with Tampa after being stationed at MacDill Air Force Base for two years. Our favorite part was Davis Island, we loved the beautiful variety of homes and perfectly manicured lawns, swimming pool, private airport, Sailing Club, and beautifully kind people. We love hosting guests in our properties and strive to provide excellent service.
