The house, the garden and the pool are for the exclusive use of the customer; there are no common spaces to be shared with other families. Camaiore with its charm is not a kilometer away and the sandy beach of Versilia can be reached in 20-25 minutes by car.
Equipment: Ground floor with two separate areas: bedroom, reading corner and private bathroom and adjoining, with separate entrance, 40 m² suite with double bed, fitness area, table with chairs, relaxation area, private bathroom.
When you return outside and climb a beautiful stone staircase, you will reach the porch with a tiled roof and old Tuscan rafters. On hot summer days, a white awning protects against the sun contour of the pools (swimming pool and whirlpool). You will find a wood-burning oven to bake grilled pizzas, focaccias or whatever your imagination suggests, table and chairs for unforgettable lunches and dinners, and comfortable lounge chairs to enjoy.
This area leads directly into the kitchen with old brick floors, a central table, an old stone sink, an electric oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a freezer and all necessary equipment and utensils.
In the old Tuscan stone corner, which is framed by two armchairs, you will find a closet and a large fireplace to enjoy moments of relaxation or to read a good book.
Through an opening with recovered antique lintel you get into the room with old Tuscan brick floor, antique table with upholstered chairs with white and white fabric cover, large and comfortable white sofa, shabby furniture, a sofa with lamp for weighing still well read.

The brick staircase on the day's floor leads to the sleeping area, where there is a hallway that opens to the master bedroom with an antique stained bed headboard and behind it a beautiful restored stone wall, a small window, a white cupboard, a bathroom with shower and hand-tiled majolica. Floor tiles, walk-in closets, with stairs down to the twin bedroom and bathroom with private shower.
