Relax in this newly remodeled 1400 sq. foot townhome that is just 2 miles from Wrightsville beach. Located in the highly desirable Lions Gate community. No need to get in the car...just walk through the "magic gate" across the parking lot to shops, restaurants, a grocery store and much more in Lumina Station. A short drive to Mayfaire, UNCW, Downtown Wilmington and other nearby beaches.

Attending a wedding at Wrightsville Manor & Gardens, the townhouse is just a walk away from the enchanting indoor/outdoor venue!

This quiet and quaint neighborhood is friendly and safe! Enjoy the pool, tennis courts and pickle ball or just relax on the deck!

The main floor has a king bedroom with brand new furniture, a high end luxury mattress, linens, bedding and a 50" smart TV!

The hall bath with its walk in shower, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hair dryer is conveniently located.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and electric oven/stove. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, entertaining serving pieces, dish liquid, dishwasher pods and cleaning supplies. You will find everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy eating at the bar or the round table in the dining area!

The cozy living space has a comfortable sectional couch, bar cabinet and a 65" smart TV. No wood fires are allowed in the townhome.

A full size washer and dryer can be found on the main floor. Laundry detergent & dryer sheets are included.

Walk upstairs to a spacious 20 x 20 bedroom with two queen size beds with luxury mattresses, new linens and beddings. Enjoy a 52" smart TV while relaxing in bed. The adjoining bathroom has two vanities, tub/shower and toiletry items . The bedroom closet is big enough for all your storage needs. A portable crib, high chair and booster seat can be found in the closet as well as games, cards, children's books and adult beach reads.

The townhouse comes with a wagon to help transport small children to the pool.

There are 2 beach cruiser bikes for rent with a lock. Two beach chairs and a small cooler are provided for your days in the sand!

As well as three smart TV's, the townhome has wireless internet.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED AND NO PARTIES!!!

The corner townhome has two reserved parking areas conveniently located just outside the front door. One visitor parking space can be found in the parking lot and additional guest parking can be found at the club house.

As well as convenient parking, the corner townhouse has a gas grill and a small grassy area for children to play! Tucked away in the back of Lions Gate, enjoy your privacy with family making memories.

Decorated by a local artist, this boho comfort townhome is a perfect getaway for anyone in need of recharging!

It is rare to find a host that truly cares about your experience and stay like we did at Ernie's place! The townhouse is better than the pictures and beautifully decorated on a private corner with a private/peaceful deck. The host has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and pleasant from extra toiletries in case something is forgotten to a very well stocked kitchen. It was immaculately clean on arrival and we even had a personal note written to us by the host. The hosts are wonderful and gracious communicators We will definitely stay here again if we need a place in Wilmington!

Great Townhome and Location

Great location and house!

This house didn’t miss a detail! It felt like we were staying at an old friend’s house vs. a rental property - anything we needed, we had! The location was great and provided lots of walkable options. Easy check-in and host was amazing! Will definitely stay here again.

Beach Getaway

The property was perfect for our girls weekend away. The owners made sure we had everything we needed and it was absolutely perfect. Great location, walking distance to shops and restaurants and just a quick 10 minute Uber to the beach. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Great location and townhome!

We stayed here for a wedding at Wrightsville Manor and the location couldn’t have been more perfect! The GPS location shows up on the opposite side of the neighborhood so if you’re looking for a place to stay for a wedding there, this townhouse is perfect, a very short walk. It was very clean and the owner was extremely communicative and helpful with any questions we had during our stay. We would stay here again!

Beautiful, well appointed townhouse close to beach, restaurants and shopping.

The owners considered every detail when remodelling this property. The home is beautifully decorated, well maintained and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and organized making it very convenient for meal prep should you decide to cook during your stay. I would highly recommend the property.

Family getaway

Elizabeth goes above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you could possibly need during your stay. From board games to children books to extra toiletries. The location was perfect. Close to the beach easy to drive downtown to Carolina beach. The house is beautiful and kid friendly. We look forward to visiting again.

Wonderful Stay

We stayed here a few days because we were attending a wedding at Wrightsville Manor. It was such a short distance to the venue that we just walked there which was wonderful. To start off our stay, we were so excited that our host let us know a few days in advance that we could get into the place at any time on the check in day. The place was very clean and had everything that we needed and more (lotion, makeup wipes, coffee, beach chairs, etc.). We would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend for anyone attending a wedding at that venue!

Thanksgiving with family

Everything about this property was perfect for our trip. Close to shopping, grocery, coffee shops. We hosted a thanksgiving meal with our family. While our meal mostly needed to be reheated, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. What impressed us the most was the attention to detail for guests. Beautiful decor, water and snacks and coffee in the kitchen. The bathroom had all you might need, plus more! Everything was clean and fresh. Beds were very comfortable and great water pressure! Would wholeheartedly recommend and stay again in the future.

A brilliant place to stay

This is an outstanding property. Very well situated in Wilmington. Close to amenities and within cycling distance of the beach. The property itself has everything you need as home from home and it’s fitted to an extremely high standard. We cannot recommend this property enough and would love to come back and stay again. The hosts were very responsive to any issues and very helpful in all circumstances. We happened to be staying for our son’s wedding in Airlie Gardens. It was perfect for us, and as we said we would love to come back to stay again sometime.

Five-Star Experience

This condo was undoubtedly the nicest place we have stayed while visiting Wilmington - and we have frequented several places while visiting our son at UNCW and enjoying the area attractions. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable visit. We appreciated the special conveniences, i.e. dual shower heads, better quality towels and comfortable mattresses and furnishings, as well as the convenient check-in and responsiveness of the host. It is evident that the owner takes great pride in this property to make your stay a five-star experience. We look forward to returning in the near future.

All the little thing provided!

Ernie provided all the finishing touches. While the unit is beautiful and clean, it is things available like dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, water bottles and a few snacks , that truly make you think she cares. I would give it more than 5 stars if I could. If you have an event at the Wrightsville Manor, this is your location. Within walking distance.

Sister Weekend!

From the moment we arrived everything was perfect! The condo is absolutely beautiful and every detail attended to. And just a few steps away, shopping and restaurants that made getting around great. We walked. Dinner at the Bridge Tender on the water was fabulous. We were lucky enough to get to eat on the deck. Our last day we did drive around a bit before winding up a beautiful afternoon at Dock Side! I highly recommend “Ernie’s Place”! We will definitely be rebooking for a another sisters weekend! Fabulous stay!

This was our first time renting a home and don’t think we will go back to a hotel after our fabulous and relaxing stay! Elizabeth’s home was so inviting and relaxing! The decor is beautiful and the extra amenities in every room ( if you forgot things toothpaste , shampoo and way more) to the snacks in the kitchen. Elizabeth was available when we needed anything! It was so clean and cozy! Beds were very comfortable and the living room was spacious. So much to do in Wilmington and beach is literally a few miles down the street. Elizabeth has notebook with fun facts and lots to do around town. There are even shops right through the gate! The property is very quiet and was perfect and close to the event were were there for! We are definitely going to be renting again as we will be going to Wilmington for many years to come! Thank you Elizabeth you have surpassed our expectations! Can’t wait to come again!

Our townhome has brand new furniture including beds, mattresses and a sectional sofa! All linens and towels are new as well. The townhome has been newly painted and new floors have been put down. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your kitchen needs and a gas grill is provided to help make your favorite meals. A portable crib, high chair and booster seat as well as a wagon for transporting small children to the pool are provided!
