This cozy midtown cottage sleeps 4 comfortably and is in a convenient midtown location, a short drive to beaches and shopping. Master bedroom has a queen bed and Apple TV in the room. Second bedroom has twin beds. Two full bathrooms and laundry room with washer/dryer. Fully equipped kitchen. Large screen, high definition TV in living room, with Apple TV. Fenced backyard with charcoal BBQ and patio seating. Quiet neighborhood includes a community park, perfect for walking a dog or just taking a relaxing stroll.

Wow! Best hostess ever! From answering questions during reservation to multiple questions before trip. House! Amazing, well stocked, great location for fur babies (park), close to all amenities.

Weekend Stay

Our family enjoyed a weekend visit for our daughter’s graduation. The house was perfect for what we needed for this trip. The host was very kind and provided great communications. Having the house stocked with some bottled water and snacks was a nice treat as well. The house is just as described and perfect for a small family stay. Would definitely stay here again if needed.

We will be back!

My mother sis and I recently spent 4 nights at this property. It was absolutely perfect! So clean, well kept, had everything we needed plus some cute little extras in case you forgot something (like reading glasses, makeup wiped and bug spray), the host was amazing and very quick to respond. Its located literally 20Minutes from everything-both beaches and downtown Wilmington. Its in a quiet very walkable neighborhood. We have NOTHING bad to say at all. We will be planning another trip to Wilmington this summer to look into relocating there and we will definitely try and book this adorable home again!

Great place

This is a well managed, clean, quiet, and all around great place to relax and stay. I highly recommend it. Far enough away from the crowds but only a short drive to anything you want to do in Wilmington. The host was great to communicate with and just about anything you need to relax and enjoy your time is available or close by. It would definitely be my first choice the next time we are in the area.

Great stay

We stayed 3 weeks and enjoyed our stay very much. Owner is easy to get in touch with. Very responsive. Coffee and tea were filled and ready to drink. She left some bottled waters for us. Everything we needed for cooking was there, even spices. There were extras of bathroom accessories in case we forgot something. The house was filled with thoughtfulness and love.

This was our second stay at the little blue cottage and again did not disappoint. House has great location, is very clean and well stocked with lots of nice little touches.

A joy!

The cottage looks tiny but it plays a lot bigger on the inside. Michelle should give lessons in how to set up a VRBO. We brought everything we needed but forgot the dog bowls - she had them. We were exhausted from the drive - she had coffee, water, and snacks we could have before the pizza was delivered. The beds were great. The water pressure and temp was fantastic. The decor was perfect but given that we visited at Christmas, we also had a tree decorated and lights outside. When Michelle says she wants you to feel at home, she means it. That we had her home as our home while gathering the whole family for our holiday meant everything.

A home away from home!

This property exceeded our expectations. It was very well maintained, you can tell the owner takes pride in this property. The furniture was comfortable, beds super comfortable, beach vibes throughout the house. Good size for a family of 4, the 2nd bedroom is designed for kids which was great for us. The property is dog friendly and equipped with a dog bed, dog bowls, dog treats and poop bags (there is also a nearby park within walking distance). But what was especially impressive was that the home was really like a home away from home, it had just about everything you may need, a fully equipped kitchen, equipped laundry area, toiletries in case you forgot anything, even feminine hygiene products, first aid items, hair dryer and curler, books and magazines, water bottles, coffee/tea/oatmeal, snacks, games for the kids, (no TV in the kids room though), shampoo/conditioner/bodywash, reading glasses, usb outlet adapters, the list goes on and on, the owner has thought of just about everything. The neighborhood was quaint and quiet, cute enclosed backyard with tables & chairs, the home is in a nice area and a great location. Definitely would recommend.

Well stocked cozy cottage

The stay was great! The Little Blue Cottage is exactly that, a little cozy cottage. The beds were very comfortable, there’s an outdoor patio set to enjoy the outdoors, and a rocking chair on the front stoop. The neighborhood is very quiet and there is a park to walk your dog just down the street. The cottage is stocked very well, from cooking utensils, dish ware, bathroom toiletries, cleaners, washer and dryer (which really comes in handy after a day at the beach!) There are three beaches within 30 minutes of the cottage, shopping and restaurants were close also. Thanks for the great stay!

Comfortable & Convenient

Overall, our stay was pleasant. I appreciated the little extras in the kitchen and bathrooms. The little park near the house was great for our dog and the house was convenient to UNCW, beaches, grocery stores, and restaurants. Thanks for the stay.

Great Property, great host

This house is perfect for a family or couple, especially with pets! Quiet neighborhood, close to amenities plus Carolina and Wrightsville beach are both 15 minutes away. Great house, but the property owners are over the top! Great communication from the host. 10/10 place!

Great place and great location

We really enjoyed our stay here while exploring the Wilmington area. Exceptionally clean with lots of extras, on-site laundry. Included lots of amenities that other places overlook. Kids really enjoyed the board games in the evening. The bathrooms and kitchen are stocked very well.

Best Stay Ever

By far Melissa was the best host I've ever experienced. She truly has thought of EVERYTHING to make sure the guests are comfortable. The cottage is fully stocked, impeccably clean and perfect if you're traveling with a child or dog. The cottage is centrally located and minutes from shopping, restaurants and the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the residents are all super friendly. This place is PERFECT.
