Highly Recommended Vacation Rental

The property was very clean and had ample seating, kitchen accessories, drinkware and plate settings for our whole party. The ice makers were a huge plus as well as the boardwalk to the beach.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful week at Beach Therapy. The house accommodated our large group comfortably and had many nice amenities. The management team was responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this property!

Best house ever!

We absolutely loved it and all the accommodations were fabulous and the kitchen was just great and the beach was wonderful and we love the pool and the deck and all the chairs. It was so helpful to have two floors with washer and dryer and two dishwashers!! We would love to come back someday!

Having the beach right out the back, and the pool worked out great. Restaurants are a 10-15 minute drive away which isn't bad at all. The place was clean and they were very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend Beach Therapy.

The house is well-maintained and well-stocked. Everything was in good working order. The small infinity pool was just perfect. We loved the large kitchen and huge dining table. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the closets were large. Already booking for next year.

They are ALL horrible and in need of replacement. Otherwise, we could not have asked for a better experience. Lots of room, we lived the pool, loved the kitchen and huge bar. Lots of room to park under the house. We left some of the play items the kids used in the area to the right of the door for others to enjoy. Can’t wait to do it again!

Beach Therapy

Our stay at Beach Therapy was awesome. There were 15 of us and there was more than enough room. The pool was great. The only thing that was disappointing but could not be helped due to Mother Nature was the access to the beach. There was a 90 degree drop off to get down to the beach so it was difficult to get down and back up. Any issues (minor) that we did have were handled right away. Tracy was only a phone call away, she always answered and if she needed to get an answer she called back right away. I highly recommend staying at Beach Therapy. I know if we are in the area again we will be staying.

Family Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is beautiful inside and out. The view over the Gulf is stunning from both large decks and the infinity pool. The beach is secluded enough to almost be private. With 6 bedrooms, it easily accommodates a large group. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and there is an additional half bath on the main floor for convenience. The kitchen is large and has everything you will need. The only thing I would change is the driveway. It requires tight turns to get into the parking spaces. But overall, our stay couldn't have been better.

It was in immaculate condition, and there was plenty of room for our large family of grown children, who particularly loved lounging in the pool in the evening after an afternoon on the beach. The infinity pool looks directly out to the Gulf and was an unexpected bonus in how nice it was to do this. The only drawback was the beach erosion that is quite significant if front of this house. My understanding is that the city of Gulf Shores will be addressing this soon, and this is obviously not the fault of the owner or rental agency. It may be important to know if you have mobility issues. There is a small drop off the end of the beach walkover onto the sand, with which our aging grandparents needed help every time; it would have been impossible for them to do on their own. Otherwise, this was a clean and lovely home that we really enjoyed renting for our family reunion.

Great location!

Beautiful property in a great location, close enough to restaurants without being in the worst of the traffic and noise. Had a fantastic time. House fit 10 adults with room to spare. Great deck out back. The only drawback is that you can't actually see the beach from the house due to the large sand dune. But you can see the water in the gulf just fine. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets that you can see from the beach or from the end of the walkway to the beach. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Including a huge selection of drinkware, even insulated ones and an ice maker. (Additional ice maker on upper floor.) The grill is charcoal so bring some with you if you plan to use it. It would have been nice to have hair dryers in the baths for those who flew in and it was a hassle to have to wash the towels before we left. The cleaning crew should do that. We had an issue with a ceiling fan and management got someone out there right away. Overall, we loved it and would go back again. Highly recommend.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When first arriving both locks were broke on the sliding doors. there were two lights broken on the first floor balcony. The pool was very dirty and the heater did not work when we arrived. There was no gas grill as in the pictures. All of these issues had to be resolved during our stay and should have been fixed prior to us checking in. I did receive a refund for the heater not working but I rented a house with pool which costs substantial more than a house without a pool. I went online to see if this house was going to be rented the following week of our stay and was surprised that the rental for that week was $3,000.00 less than what I was paying. I called several times and emailed to find out why I did not get this rate?? No one could give me an answer. My rental week is considered in the fall and not in season. I think I should have been given more of a refund than just the heating charge for the pool.

It is spacious, and the location is wonderful! The kitchen is great and well equipped, the rooms are good size, the kitchen table is awesome because it can seat 12 easily. The owners truly put some thought in planning this house for a larger family! We enjoyed the games they have available underneath the house and the deck is nice and wide sitting around the pool! Was excited about the new steps addition to the beach this year- that was wonderful and so was the refurbished beach! Tracy is great to work with - always so helpful and kind! Thank you!

Our only complaint (if you can call if that) is there is only 1 fridge. Even if they added one downstairs in the entry, it would be great. Also- there are 2 ice makers but only 1 works. Other than that- it’s perfect.

This home is wonderful for a large family with plenty of space not to be on top of each other. The kitchen is a chef's dream with everything you could possibly need (don't bring anything)! The views are breathtaking from sunrise to sundown. The deck and pool have plenty of seating for everyone. The heated pool was great for early morning coffee and a little "Zen" time. The fixtures, amenities and overall ambiance of the home were chosen with thought and care. Customer service was the best we have ever had in a rental property. They responded quickly and were very attentive - not found in too many places these days. The location of Beach Therapy is farther down on W Beach Blvd - but within 15 minutes of all shopping and restaurants. For our group this provided a nice quiet respite from the crowded condos and their guests. The beach was all ours the entire stay. As far as the basics... the house was immaculate, everything worked as it should,absolutley no issues! Don't pack the beach chairs - they have it covered. If you have a large family with grandkids of all ages - this is the perfect property for your stay in Gulf Shores. We loved it and would rent again in a heartbeat. Don't hesitate - book it - you will love it! Thank you Beach Therapy for a wonderful escape between Christmas and New Years!!!!

Loved the extra details and the BEACH wall was great for some family pics.

Beach Therapy was definitely beach therapy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay at Beach Theapy. It's location was perfect for us. It is in a quiet area away from all the hub bub of the center of Gulf Shores.Our family loved having the direct access to the beach. The infinity pool was enjoyed by young and old alike although the kids loved just being able to swim whenever they wanted. Sand castle building, looking for shells, boogie boarding, fishing, moonlight walks on the beach, playing with the games beneath the house and playing games we brought consumed our days and evenings. Having a place where our whole family could gather together was great. We had a couple minor issues that were immediately addressed by the property management. The house was clean and we kept it that way by treating it like we lived there. Our experience was wonderful and if we were able to coordinate our schedules would come again. We were not disappointed at all. We felt like we definitely got our monies worth out of our stay. We would highly recommend it to our friends.
