The advertised details of the house were not accurate and quite misleading. Cleanliness: When we arrived we found a dirty diaper laying on the outside deck and a lots of dirty cups at the pool area. The blinds in the laundry room were not able to be closed which for a house of ladies and a house of men next door, this was a problem. Even after multiple attempts the washing machine also did not work. Also, you could not open and close any of the blinds throughout the house without getting dirty. They obviously had not been cleaned in a very long time. The sheets for the loft / landing area on the left didn't appear to have been washed prior to our arrival. They had a smell and looked as if they were just tossed into the nearby closet. Bedrooms: Although, two of the advertised bedrooms were actually a loft area that overlooked the living area and did not provide any privacy and should not have described as bedrooms. We were not able to use the television in the ground level bedroom on the left. The pool was clean but the liner needs work. it was coming loose around the edges and the ladder was wobbly making several ladies feel unsafe. We make a beach trip every year and have been pleased with every place we have stayed with VRBO until now. This one is an exception in the negative. A consideration for reimbursement for the cleanliness inside and out, non working television and washing machine should be considered.
