The Space:

This 3 acre Home with Private Pond on property, is located in Stevensville/Kent Island has a quiet & peaceful setting at the end of a cul-de-sac.

The first floor has the Kitchen, Living Room with a large sectional sofa, a Full Bathroom, a Sauna w/Shower, the Master Bedroom with King Bed, and the 2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed.

Located on the upper level is a Bedroom/Loft Area that sleeps 6 with 2 Full-Sized Beds and a Full Pullout Sofa. Upper level also has a 2nd Master Bedroom with a King-Size Bed and Full Bathroom.

There are Smart TV's with streaming services in the living room and Master Bedroom. The House also has WIFI, A/C, Heating, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Coffee Maker, Kitchen Supplies, etc.

Blankets, pillows, linens and bath towels ARE provided with the home.

The Kitchen is equipped with cookware and essentials for all your cooking needs.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire house and property, with the exception of the garage, and exterior buildings.

Other Things to Note:

- The home is two stories with necessity to climb a few stairs to access the entry and a set of stairs to access the upper floor inside. However there are 2 bedrooms, including the master, on the first floor.

- Also, there is a private workshop on the property that houses businesses that may be active during normal business hours.

- The Waterfront & Lakeview description refers to the Private Pond that is located directly on the property.

- Per county regulations, there is a maximum of 8 adults (18 years or older) allowed to stay over at the property.

The property was great! Everything was as it stated in the description. Communication with the owner was awesome. Such a beautiful place nicely tucked away, but not far from activities. It was perfect for our small group get away!

The house was perfect! Had all the amenities of home. Adam answered all our questions quickly, which made the stay more enjoyable. Highly recommend, and if I'm in Kent Island again, this will be the first place I request.

Wonderful communication. We were offered late check out but ended up not needing it. Unfortunately the downstairs beds are worn out with dips in themiddle. No glasses just mugs.

Adam was very communicative and we had no issues with the house. It was very neat and tidy. The sauna and hated bathroom floors are legit. It is in a secluded place which is nice.

Charming home in Stevensville.

Lovely, quiet and comfortable home not far from route 50, nearby shopping, close to a wonderful Italian restaurant in Stevensville, and 20 minute drive to Annapolis. Owner was very responsive with a few questions we had during our stay. We would definitely stay again.

We had issues with our key code, but the owner responded quickly with a new code to get in. Cute house, had some minor cosmetic issues and some items not cleaned out from the previous guests. Overall though, it was a short stay, but nice.

Great stay.

Adam was great at communicating the specifics of the house. Well equipped and maintained home in a quiet location close to plenty of great food and activity options. The loft is great for family sleeping. We all enjoyed the sauna and 2nd level deck.

Great Layout!

If you are looking for a comfortable and clean home with a great layout, this is it! Adam was great to work with from start to finish! He was accommodating of our situation and incredibly attentive as needed! The house has a fabulous layout and worked out well for a party of or size. The beds were really comfortable, and the lounging areas are ample and cozy as well! The property is private and beautiful! If you are looking for a getaway, look no farther! I highly recommend this property!

Peaceful Get Away

The property was sumple but beautiful with a nice space outside to play with the kids. The inside of the house was beautiful as both kids and adults felt at home very quickly. The ammenities were great and the house was well supplied with basic essentials. The environment was quiet and peaceful.

Quiet Convenient Clean

My friends and I went to a local Spa for the day and stayed at this VRBO in the evening. Lots of room and beds. It was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive Uber eats delivered our dinner. So the location was convenient for us I would recommend and I would rent this location again if I’m in this area!

Beautiful neighborhood

This was a great house in a really great neighborhood. It was clean and well stocked. The host was great, quick to respond, and very accommodating. I recommend you stay here if you are looking for a house anywhere near this area. We commuted to DC daily and had no issues.
