Because of the high winds during our trip, we could not stay in the boat house. Kirby and Cassie reached out the morning of our arrival, telling us of the weather, and offering to put us up in the Hyatt hotel next door should we feel uncomfortable in the boat. It's truly unfortunate we couldn't stay in the boat. It is beautiful, cozy, has a wonderful view, and is so relaxing. The area is fantastic for food and good times, and the guide, coupons, and chocolate crabs really were delightful and helpful. Should we ever venture back to the area, we will definitely stay in this location to enjoy the water, comfort, and kindness from its hosts.

Cast n Reel is such a unique and charming houseboat — spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located right on Kent Narrows. We loved being within walking distance of great restaurants and having easy access to bike paths and scenic trails. The views from the deck are absolutely serene. Even though the first couple of days were a bit too windy to sit outside, by our last morning the calm weather made the back porch the perfect spot to relax and take it all in. We truly enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to come back!

Stay at the boathouse was a real treat. It is like a brand new condition. Immaculate has everything you need and more great host very helpful and concerned about things going right and organized over the time I spent you super nice guy very available. Quick responses in the place is just unbelievable very romantic private.

Loved the houseboat. The front deck was amazing. Enjoyed watching the boats parade by. The interior was very comfortable and tastefully decorated. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Such a unique and lovely spot! Perfect for our weekend getaway. So many small touches that made us feel so welcomed. I didn’t pay attention to the pictures to notice it’s lifted out of the water, but with the wind & rain overnight we were thankful as we still heard the water lapping underneath but didn’t get the same rolling all of the nearby docked boats had. Just steps from the Big Owl Tiki Bar where we had the best crabcake sandwiches. Will definitely be back, thanks again!

Cass-N-Reel is an amazing, quant get away. The attention to detail is well thought through. Correspondence with the owner is quick and very accurate. The views are priceless. So relaxing watching the water and boats passing by. Lots of yummy food within walking distance! We will definitely be back!

I booked the property to surprise my husband for his 50th birthday, and everything was perfect.It is a very special place. Trip to remember!

We had an amazing trip to Kent Narrows. The boat house was perfect - clean, cozy, with great views! Loved the balcony. Despite the cold weather, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip! Got to eat delicious seafood at the nearby restaurants, try the amazing cream of crab soup, Maryland crabcakes, & rockfish. Got to see oysters being unloaded from a boat at the nearby coffee shop. We love that the town is on the water. Everywhere you go has a great view. Our visit was only made better by the place we chose to stay! It was a perfect & unique experience. Thank you!
