Well Appointed Condo on the Sea

The condo was very nice and as described. A corner unit with west facing balcony allowed for daily happy hour. Very close to the Ocean Beach downtown area where there a lots of restaurants and bars - walking distance. It was very clean and the beds were outstanding...very comfy. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you for thinking of all the details. They made it extra special.

Ocean Cliff Condo

The unit is furnished very nicely. The location right on a bluff overlooking the ocean was marvelous. The view is spectacular. It is a short walk to Sunset Cliffs park and a 15 minute walk to downtown Ocean Beach. I contacted the Flu right after I arrived and isolated myself for several days. There is no better place with the convenience of the unit and the spectacular view to spend isolation.

Amazing Mornings

The morning view from that bed with amazing. It was so hard to get out from under the luxurious bedding, but coffee was always a moment away. We had the reverse sunrise over the Pacific to wake up to and the full sunset in the evening to wind down to, with views from every window and always the sound of the surf. The unit was remarkably well done, everything was brand new with comfort at a very high level. Super convenient to all the local activities. Communication was quick, helpful, and always friendly and courteous.

A gem in OB

We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay while visiting our daughter in OB! The condo was beautiful, clean and well appointed. We were able to enjoy the beautiful views of the water and area through the many huge windows throughout the condo. John was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions prior to arriving. We had none once we arrived due to his thorough check-in notes and laminated instructions for anything in the home. We have already recommended this place to friends, however we will limit doing more of that so it is hopefully always available when we want to visit!

Wonderful!

John's Condo on the cliffs of Ocean Beach was for us...perfection! After much research for our honeymoon getaway we chose it for the amazing views, quiet, private area yet centrally located to the sightseeing/activities of San Diego. We wouldn't ask to change a thing nor ask for anything more! The rooms are beautifully updated and decorated. We felt immediately at home in the thoughtfully planned first-rate accommodations and amenities. The transactions and communications were great. Pete was helpful and informative. He greeted us for the walk through with a surprise of flowers and chocolates to celebrate. How thoughtful! Thank you for making our San Diego honeymoon a 5 Star experience! Bob & Cathy

Perfect for Two Couples

This property is absolutely beautiful and better than the photos. The owner’s choices for the recent renovation are top of the line. All of the finishes are gorgeous, and the place is the best equipped of any vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in - and I’ve stayed in a LOT! John was great before we arrived, and while we were there his manager Pete was very attentive and responsive. The location was a great one for taking our day trips, but Ocean Beach has gotten a bit run down. Still, it worked well for our purposes. The only somewhat negative thing was the beds. Both couples found them to be uncomfortable, unfortunately. But I suspect that, if he knows this, John will seek to rectify it! Everything else is simply top notch and the home is truly special! Thank you for a wonderful week!
