Complete renovation of furnishings Our 2b/2b is ocean front phase 2 5th floor fully furnished and very nicely decorated for the comfort and enjoyment of the entire family, with two 60inch TV’s in the living room and patio area, as well as two 55inch TV’s in the master and guest bedroom and free cable/WIFI. Come explore the 6 miles of walkable beach and the many amenities from 2 pools, lazy rivers, swim up bars, jacuzzi, Golf course, exercise facility, and so much more! We are a safe, gated community with 24 hour security and secure unground parking garage close to the unit. If you have been looking for a place you can unwind and stick your toes in the sand, look no further! I have been vacationing there for 32 years and can recommend great dining, music and local entertainment during your stay!

Check in went smooth and effortless. Location and place is perfect, the patio is amazing with a functioning tv which made it so nice to watch F1 Monaco Sunday morning when on vacation.

Wonderful Stay

The condo unit exceeded my expectations. It was so well stocked and extremely comfortable. If you are looking for a two bedroom, I highly recommend this unit. The owner, Steven, could not have been more accommodating.

Great Vacation Spot

This place was awesome! Steve (the owner) was great at giving us directions, details to check in and making sure we were happy with the space. The beds were comfortable and the patio had the best view! We'll be back for sure. My only request would be some games for the condo and maybe some beach toys (but nothing I can't remember to bring myself next time).

Fabulous getaway!

We were excited to escape the AZ heat and enjoys the salty sea! The property exceeded our expectations! The spacious condo was perfect in location, the amenities provided met all our needs. Sleeping arrangements were so comfortable and waking up to the sun rising and enjoying coffee on the balcony was the perfect way to start each day. We would definitely book a stay here again.

Great Condo!!

We had such a great time at this condo!! Absolutely beautiful with spectacular views of the ocean. This resort has soo many amazing amenities, you can't go wrong. Only complaint I have is that I wish I booked more nights. Ohh well..... something to look forward to the future

Perfect setup for Families

Everything in the condo was as described, it's even better than the photos. Two spacious rooms, two bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Nice outdoor patio space with large dinner table, TV and lounge space. The view was great, and we listened to live music two nights from our patio. Owner is accessible and responsive. Can't wait to come back.

This condo is perfect! Very comfortable with everything you need to have a relaxing and fun beach trip. Beautiful view of the ocean and property from a luxurious balcony with just the right patio furniture. Large kitchen, fully equipped. Just steps from the elevator that takes you down to the beach, restaurant, coffee bar, and beach bar/restaurant. I would come back to this condo in a heartbeat! The owner was easy to work with and very responsive. He was dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect. And it was!

1st Time In Puerto Penasco But Definitely Not The Last

Wow, we had a blast during our first trip from Phoenix to Puerto Penasco, MX. It was a pleasant desert drive and when we arrived the staff at Phase 2 at Las Palomas were very professional and welcoming. I have a large dually pickup with a long bed and was still able to find a convenient parking space near the elevator of our building. Another convenience was that this property is the closest to the elevator as well, but we never heard a sound from outside our door. The elevator also went to the bottom parking garage level where you could easily get to the pool/beach. The property itself was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. The balcony had a table and chairs and there was another comfortable sitting area were we spent lots of time enjoying the beautiful views of the pool, beach and the city waterfront in the distance. The beds were very relaxing and the bathrooms were very clean with great water pressure. The kitchen again was very clean and it had all the equipment needed to cook and eat but you might need to provide spices and condiments depending on your needs. Salt and pepper was provided. The pool with lazy river was wonderful and the beach and Sea of Cortez were delightful! We will definitely return to Puerto Penasco, Las Palomas and this lovely property!

Beautiful view and great time

Great property in Phase II of Las Palomas. Place has a great location and view of the beach/Sea of Cortez. Property owner was great at communicating throughout and I would definitely stay again.
