Relax in the comfortable living area with new seating, including a plush sofa and recliner. The living room is equipped with a 47" Smart Tv and Blu-ray player, as are both bedrooms (42" HDTVs). For your convenience, a Keurig single-cup coffee maker and 12-cup coffee maker are ready to brew your favorite coffee. All beds are triple-sheeted ensuring a fresh, clean, hotel-style sleep experience for every guest, every stay.

Primary Suite:
The spacious main bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, a TV, a second recliner, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the private balcony.

Unique Features:
The condo offers a unique gulf-front heated saltwater pool, complete with a fountain and both open-air and covered seating areas. A restroom is available poolside, along with additional lounge and table seating.

-Master Bedroom: King-sized bed
-Second Bedroom: Full/Full bunk bed with a twin trundle (newly replaced mattress as of 09/22)
-Sleep Sofa: Queen-sized

-Approximate Area: 1,220 Sq Ft
-Parking: Required $42 per vehicle (2 max). Parking can be tight for large vehicles in peak season (June-Aug), with overflow options available across the street.
-Monthly Stays: From the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. Rates are not prorated.
-Free Wi-Fi available-don't forget your laptop!
-Age Requirement: Renter/occupant must be at least 25 years old.
-Smart Thermostat allows cooling to 70 degrees; system shuts off if the balcony door is open more than 5 minutes.
