The shared top deck spans both homes, offering panoramic ocean views, multiple seating areas, and room to gather as a full group. When booked separately, this deck is gated for privacy—but when rented together, it opens up to create one expansive shared space. Each home also has its own private lower deck and beach access, plus new hot/cold outdoor surf-style showers.

🐾 Dog-Friendly, Family-Focused
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs per side. Surf City is a dog-friendly town with pet-welcoming beaches and patios. (Sorry, no cats due to allergies.) Pet fee is automatically included when you add pets to the reservation.

🧺 Linens + Beach Gear Included
Don’t overpack—we’ve got you covered! All bath and beach towels, linens, kitchen supplies, and even beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc.) are included. Your beds will be made before you arrive and we provide helpful extras like paper products, soaps, detergents, and more.
