Esta nueva edición de Surf City Getaway es una escapada privada de dos pisos frente al mar para familias. Las vistas son ESPECTACULARES. Ofrecemos 2 niveles de terrazas privadas frente al mar, duchas al aire libre y un área de entretenimiento al aire libre frente al mar que incluye una nueva bañera de hidromasaje nórdica de 6. 75 'x 6. 75'.

Nuestra ubicación es IDEAL en Surf City en Topsail Island. Estamos en un tramo tranquilo de la playa rodeado de otras casas, pero todavía estamos a solo 2 millas al sur del muelle y de todas las tiendas y restaurantes.

Hemos instalado nuevos pisos y adquirido nuevos televisores inteligentes, uno para cada habitación y otro en la sala de estar.

El interior de la casa ha sido recientemente pintado y tiene una nueva decoración, ropa de cama nueva, colchones nuevos, muebles nuevos, sábanas y toallas nuevas y comodidades completamente renovadas.
El balcón frente al mar ofrece sillas de capitanes para que pueda ver sobre las barandas y disfrutar de vistas despejadas del océano.

El camino de entrada puede acomodar al menos 5 autos.

Ofrecemos 10 sillas de playa nuevas, una sombrilla y juguetes de playa.
Ofrecemos detergente para la ropa, una cocina completamente surtida que incluye especias y artículos de despensa, keurig y K-cups, jabón de manos, secador de pelo en cada baño / champú / acondicionador, gel de baño y papel higiénico y toallas de papel para comenzar.

Consideraremos a sus familiares de 4 patas caso por caso y una tarifa reembolsable de $ 100 por mascota. Cuéntanos sobre tu cachorro. Consideraremos hasta 2 perros y amablemente pediremos que no se permitan perros en ninguna de las camas. Lo sentimos pero no permitimos gatos.

We had a lovely family Christmas at this beautiful oceanfront home. The home is very comfortable and very well equipped. The four king size beds were perfect for our family configuration. Our host was excellent and even had a Christmas tree for us to enjoy. We look forward to being able to visit this beautiful beach and home again.

An amazing property in a great location. Completely unobstructed views of the ocean. Make sure you wake up early and catch the sunrise, absolutely beautiful. The house is well stocked with everything you need for beach days including beach towels, chairs, floats, boards and sand toys for the kids. The hot tub came in clutch with the kids as they spent every evening in it. The house also has a lot of spices for cooking, pots, pans, skillets and several appliances. All of the furniture was in great condition and the beds were spacious and comfortable. Something to note is that you enter the home on the floor that has all of the bedrooms apart from the master which is located upstars with the kitchen and living room, so if someone in your group has mobility issues, this would be difficult as the main living areas are upstairs. We didnt have an issue but just something to think about. I would 100% stay here again!

Another Fantastic Stay

In September of 2018 my husband and I celebrated our 20th Anniversary with a long weekend getaway to Surf City. We have 2 dogs and one had just completed his last rounds of chemo treatments so we were only willing to go somewhere that we could take our dogs with us. We had not been on vacation in 6 years because of our dogs special needs.
After spending 4 days on the beach we decided we needed a beach house. Both my husband and dogs were at home and relaxed at the beach. 2 Months later we purchased Dream Getaway.
2019 we opened Dream and really enjoyed sharing our home with guests.
A friend from work visited us at the beach and decided she would like to have a beach house as well so we told her we would keep an eye out for a nice house for her.
When 2306 became available we went and looked at it and told her about it. Jokingly I said something about really liking the house and how 4 of the bedrooms were oceanfront - next thing I know we are buying 2306 - Charm Getaway.

Why Surf City NC when we live in Maryland?
Surf City is the beach of my childhood. I spent my summers visiting my family in Hampstead NC (10 minutes away) and my days were spent playing on the beach under the pier with my siblings and cousins.
My Great Grandfather ran shrimp and oyster boats in the sound for a living. If you visit our home you will notice the oyster shells and pictures around the house. These all remind me of why we own this home.

We love this SPACIOUS single family oceanfront home! This part of the beach is so peaceful and the views are out of this world. The oceanfront hot tub is truly a dream come true!
Charm Getaway is named after my home town of Baltimore. Baltimores nickname is Charm City so this house is really our getaway from Baltimore.
