Enjoy karaoke on the pier everyday from 2p-6p and live music on both ends of the pier from 8p-11p.

Location was excellent. Great place for small family.

Great location just across street from the beach and very short walk to the pier and Sams corner. Place is perfect for a small family or small group. Big balcony with lots of seating corner unit with a wonderful breeze. Only negative is the parking spots are very tight.

Nice and Cozy Condo

We enjoyed our stay. Condo had everything we needed. It was clean and everything worked as it should. Condo was a little smaller than we expected. Photographer really worked the angles. Parking wasn’t ideal. Very tight for a large SUV to navigate and street parking is very limited. The location is definitely awesome! Quiet and not much traffic.

Perfect place one block from beach

The condo was perfect for two couples. We rode our motorcycles down for the rally. The underneath garage was nice for parking them out of the weather. Space was clean and well furnished. Would stay again.

Girls Getaway

Loved this cute condo! From decor to furnishings so beach cute! Host has wine waiting on you when you arrive. Deck is great since it’s an end unit so you get a nice breeze with beach and marsh views. Quick walk to beach. Great parking. Highly recommend.

Love this place!

I travel for work and found this gem! It’s a great location, ocean view, it’s been a very quiet neighborhood night and day and super clean! The owner stays in contact with me since I rent weekly, very nice and informative owner! I have been and plan to book every weekend for the remainder of my work contract

Nice two night stay

Javario is a great host, very responsive whenever I reached out with any questions. The condo was very clean which we appreciated, it also was as described and pictured. Easy walk across the street to the beach and to the pier a few blocks down. One thing to note is during high tide the two roads from 17 to the condo would flood out (Cypress Ave. was constantly flooding and Atlantic Ave during very high tide) so you will need to go up N Waccamaw drive towards Surfside Beach and catch one of the roads to and from 17 to the condo during high tide.

Short family get away

Super impressed with how clean the condo was. The complex was quiet. The pool was super clean and water was nice and cool for the outdoor temperatures. We had a very nice stay. The condo is advertised as sleeps 6. We were thankful we did not invite others. There is a full/ queen in one bedroom. A full bottom bunk with twin above in second bedroom. Unsure how 6 could sleep. But very nice and clean. Beach view from the back of the building with a short walk across the street to the beach.

Minor problem at the start that the owner took care of IMMEDIATELY and thereafter a great week was had by all. Everything you need for a great getaway! Don’t normally do reviews but this place gets 5 Stars! Recommended

I would definitely recommend. 100 percent staying in the condo building every time we take a trip down from Ohio !!!! Awesome view, very quiet, very clean, good space. No complaints from us ! We will be seeing the building very soon again !

Do it again

The property is in a great location very walkable and really across the street from the beach. No handicap access and parking only for one vehicle. The space is lovely and the balcony is amazing. The neighborhood was nice. It’s quieter than you’d imagine perfect for us. I’d definitely do it again

Great!!

This was a perfect condo for me and my mom to take my 14 yr old son and his friend to spring break. We were within walking (2-3 blocks) from pier. Across the road from the beach, super clean, nice, comfy balcony to sit on. We will be renting again during the summer to be able to use the pool! Very relaxing, comfortable place for anyone!
